The two girls working today had an attitude. They took forever to take my order. My husband’s coffee wasn’t hot. No sleeves in out cups so good luck fingers. I’ve been here before and I’ve had good experiences. One girl was prepping a to go order, the other one left my coffee and helped her. The one prepping the order asked us to move to the farther from where she was because it was the delivery table although she didn’t say that. She just asked us to move. Rude people.

It would be nice if they had more coffee available besides Pike. Last 3 times I have been there in middle of day they have nothing but Pike and I have been told they couldn’t make a dark roast because they had none. Starbucks is going down hill.

I go there just about everyday and they are very friendly, helpful, and fast. Yes, you have to physically get up out of your car and walk in to Target (some of us get spoiled with the drive thrus-I understand totally) but it’s worth it because you don’t have to wait in some crazy line like you do many times at the drive thru Starbucks. My coffee is always excellent. Great customer service.

I go about every day since having a baby, I get the same thing and it tastes vastly different every day. They frequently forget to add the vanilla to my vanilla cold brew, so much so that I keep a bottle of vanilla syrup in my car now. Haha

This Starbucks is housed inside the Target Store at Crossroads in Waterloo, IA. I consider it a quick stop for a cup of Joe. The young overworked barrista was kind and very patient. The coffee, as usual was excellent. My only complaint; they don’t allow you to tip the barrista.

1 visit. Coffee was stale. They offered to make another pot but I was in a rush so asked for americano. It was very watery. Asked if they could add a shot, which they did, but only after explaining to me americanos are supposed to be watery (sure). I explained I’ve had plenty and know what they taste like. They said they were doing me a favor by not charging an extra $0.75…
1 visit may not be a fair assessment, but they left a bad taste in my mouth (pun intended).
