The Cafe floor was filthy tables were not clean, bus station was over filled with dirty dishes on the top of the station my plate with my food arrived with a huge chip in the plate. The parking lot was loaded with trash. This is not how I typically see a Panera Bread Store.

I just had the worst experience. Apparently, the person was too lazy to call my name and let me know my food was ready. After waiting for over 10 minutes the guy that took my order noticed me waiting for my food! Once I arrived home, of course food was cold, I wanted to throw it in the garbage! Not only was it cold but I had more bread than meat. I will never go to that location again! This is a pic of the crap I received!

To be honest, what’s the point of a drive thru when they still take forever to make it? I waited 20 minutes in line just for a bagel. And the fact that you don’t have the option to leave cause the lane is too narrow during rush time is not safe. Love Panera, but I think the drive thru is not effective unless it’s just pick up and go.

Went through drive through at 5 pm tonight and after finding out I have celiac and can’t have gluten. I wasn’t feeling good already and they were really rude. They seemed bothered to be asked to check if the autumn soup had gluten in it.

Staff is trained on how to work the drive thru mike and take your money, but clueless about the food, so don’t bother asking any food related questions because apparently they don’t know anything. (the ppl that are making your food) buyer beware!

Totally sold out of Bagels at 9:30 am. Seriously none. Zero bagels. I looked at the menu for a few minutes and decided to leave with nothing as they were sold out of what I wanted. Definitely would not return to this location.

Split on this because they have a certain worker who will spend huge chunks of time talking to me while I’m eating my food and I’ll have to let them know verbally if I’m with someone to just leave us to eat lol. But they aren’t a bad person. obsessed with this place because the service is really good and the food is fire. My wife likes bakery items and I’m wondering how fast after they open should I expect the bakery to be stocked? I would happily become a regular here with me grabbing bakery for her birthday + something more savory for me. Miss the refreshers too <3 and they have gotten my order wrong once or twice but I go there a lot and this over the course of 3 years

I Love Panera! I go a lot with my mom and almost always have a great time. When I tell you I could have made a better salad for $11 I mean it. One. The salad just sat there they never called our name saying it was ready. The baguette was flat, hard, and am surprised it didn’t chip my tooth as I tried to take a bite. The salad had no chicken ( I paid more for chicken) when I thought there was none to take it back they told me there was chicken. As I dug around the over sautéed greens i food tiny bits of chicken. How you mess up a salad I do not know. Very disappointed Panera Bread.
