Angel was so relaxed, made me feel so comfortable. Customer service was excellent and overall a very enjoyable experience. Although he was busy we were able to build an interesting conversation, very approachable. Food was amazing and service was very quick. 10/10 if you do go there Angel is your man.

I visited this Starbucks on 11/28/25. I understand it was Black Friday at 4:30 in the morning, but that shouldn’t excuse poor customer service. Amy took our order and was extremely rude. We asked a few simple questions, and she appeared visibly annoyed by each one.

On top of that, one of our drinks was served in a venti cup but was only half full, which we have ordered at other Starbucks and never had that problem. While we were there, a teenage boy came in with a group of women who only ordered drinks, and Amy refused to let him use the restroom. He ended up having to buy something just to be allowed to use it. I understand that you may not want random homeless people to use the bathroom, but this CHILD was with paying customers and did not look homeless nor looking to cause a problem.

If you cannot be kind or provide basic customer service, whether it is 4:30am or 4:30pm, you should not be working as a barista. Overall, the experience was very disappointing.

So…the young guy at the window was very friendly, however, I did order and pay for a venti, but received a tall. Had fingerprints all over it….I didn’t complain, just kept going. Toward the last few sips, I sipped up something (horrifying), to discover it was a whole coffee bean. I mean, it was better than something else right….but I won’t return to that location.

It’s disappointing. I went in today 08/19/25 to this Starbucks ask for an ice water and I was told that they no longer give you ice water you have to purchase something in order to get a water. And I don’t think that their policies changed today because yesterday I went to this other Starbucks and I was giving ice water with no questions asked & without a purchase. I think it’s ridiculous if Starbucks is going to start doing this. with your prices of coffee being so expensive and yet you can’t give free water. As of today you just lost a customer

By far one if the worst Starbucks I’ve been to! Bad attitudes and refusing to follow instructions on how to fill my order.i asked for a venti in a trenta cup with tons of caramel with 3 shots blended in and got a grande in a trenta cup with little caramel. The drink was soupy and weak.

I’d like to say that this was the first bad experience I’ve had with this location, but it’s not. I’ve tried coming back several times to give them the benefit of the doubt but each time I was met with the same bad attitudes and unwillingness to listen and follow the customers requests.

This location needs management to step up and demand more quality out of their employees.

Nothing like having to almost yell to have a conversation in the store. Music way to load for a sensible conversation with anyone. Found it rather rude. Not sure if staff has control but it would be nice if it was dealt with.

The white lady with blonde hair in the drive thru on 24Nov24 definitely looked like she had an attitude towards me. only reason why; I decided to pull up to the window to ask for my pickup order(since no one was answering me at the screen)She later said their “headset kept going out” & looked annoyed that I did that. Like it was a pickup order lol?? I even apologized which I shouldn’t have. She looked at me, like I was making her make, thousands of drinks right then and there ! She closed the door and turned around like she was making faces or comments. She came back with my drink in seconds and just handed it to me trying to hurry back in the window lol. I said thank you and of course she just closed the door and didn’t say anything. Like what was the point of that? My order literally took seconds for her to get.. Someone needs to tell to stop with the faces and attitudes and leave that at their house. Dont throw your frustrations towards the customers, cause it makes the location look bad.
