$9.39 for a burger without a bun. No fries or drink. At a place where the staff closes down earlier (7:35 pm but 10pm actual closing).
Oh, and I had to walk in because my three phone calls didn’t get picked up… I was shocked when the guy stacking chairs appeared shocked when I asked, “are you open?”

I love the Allen location and they are way better than this.

If it weren’t so expensive I’d give this place a higher rating.
That being said, the food is pretty good here. I really like the idea of customizing your burger and there are plenty of options to choose from. The fries are pretty alright. The shakes are good, but also a bit expensive. The staff are pretty nice.

I like the burgers here. They are very well seasoned with many toppings available. The fries are good as well. However, the service is painfully slow. I waited more than 45 minutes for a rather simple order for 2 to finish. And a follow up order was delayed about 10 minutes because the restaurant couldn’t manage to keep prepared fries on hand. I have unfortunately spent about an hour observing 2 orders during slow times, and it seems as if their is a woeful lack of experienced food service supervision. I would visit much more often if they could get the preparation figured out.

There are tons of options here and every combination imaginable to create your perfect burger. The sweet potato fries are wonderful. The food was prepared quickly and was hot and fresh. The staff were friendly and helpful. The shakes are also great!

Rotten service today. Normally we’re very pleased with our dining experience at mooyah. Today, however, our order was delayed over 20 minutes – first due to takeout orders, and then our burgers sat getting cold because fries weren’t ready. When we finally sat down with burgers, still waiting for fries, they not only didn’t offer to bring the late fries but one employee rudely shook his head at me when I requested it. Terrible customer service. Never coming back to this location.

The restaurant smells like sewage and is nauseating at best. I ordered from the app on my phone while I was on Hwy 380. I got to the restaurant and told them I was there to pick up my order. There were others waiting for their food so I figured I’d have a 10-15 minute wait. While waiting on my order a couple walked in and placed an order at the counter. 20 minutes later they receive their order hot off the grill. I went to ask the young man working the register where my order was. He looked at me as if I was speaking a foreign language. I tried to ask the other guy about my order but he was too busy talking on the phone. Then one of the girls working the line very rudely asked what the problem was. I simply stated I was waiting on my order and then I waited an additional 5-10 minutes to get my order. Once I got home my order was completely wrong. I order bacon on my burger, paid for the bacon and didn’t even receive a single strip. The bun was stale (not toasted) and there was grease dripping as if someone turned on a tap. In the end, I redeemed a $10 reward I had earned and got totally screwed. Apparently the job requirements at this establishment is “breathing”. There are much nicer Mooyah restaurants in the area and I will definitely make the longer drive if I ever order from them again. One star rating is being overly generous.

Love these burgers! They cook the meat fresh once you’ve ordered, so you know it’s fresh! Always, very big and filling! Plus the shakes and superb! I’ve never had a bad experience at any of their locations!

Really good burgers! Personally I do not like a super thick patty for my burger like a lot of non fast-food places are doing now. I just don’t want the patty to be 1 1/2in thick. Mooyah’s patty was about 1/2in thick and perfect in my opinion. And if you want more meat they definitely offer doubles.

Great crew all very friendly and helpful. The food is beyond amazing. The fries are on point the chicken buffalo sandwich is amazing. I highly recommend the chipotle mayo with it. They use real chicken instead of pieces parts. Definitely coming back

Normally I order all my food online and it’s a great experience. While driving, I decided to just stop by and get a burger to go. I saw one on the menu that was 98% what I wanted… I just needed to sub out the bun for a lettuce bun.
The man who took my order was visably frustrated with my request and informed me that substitutions weren’t allowed and that I needed to build my own if I wanted to change anything. Not a big deal… I don’t care if they had to change the price. I was just trying to save everyone some time with one mod instead of listing out all of the ingredients.
It felt like me showing up was an inconvenience to the restaurant and yet I was the only person in there. I’m just going to assume he had a bad day and that it isn’t the normal process. Other than that, food is great.
