We ordered and had to wait wait 30 minutes for our food!! 30 min.
The crunchwrap supreme is the worse I’ve ever had from taco bell. The ingredient proportions is totally off.
We also had a burrito, the wrapping technique looks terrible.
The fries are not cooked enough so they’re softer and light colored than they should be.
Only 2 employees working and this includes the person taking orders for the drive thru. They tried they’re best and the lady was really nice, I’de say the manager and owner are the problem. They need to retrain and figure out why an order takes 30 min.
I will not come here again.

The worst taco bell I’ve been to especially since they just opened. The food is a disgrace, and customer service needs a lot of work. I’ve been a few times and every time I go I’m disappointed with the presentation of the food. The last time I went I ordered a crunch wrap supreme thinking it may be better than the chalupa. My crunch wrap had no meat in it like all the other times when I ordered their chalupa. Is there a shortage on beef? Cause according to this location they skimming off the meat. All my crunch wrap had was lettuce and bits of tomatoes. Smh.

I literally never leave reviews but the people here were so rude I had to, they cut me off as I was ordering, when I was customizing my order (which as a customer I can do, nicely ofc) there was no rush nothing just some shitty employees!!!

Went to order food i had to repeat my order like 4 times and still got everything wrong when i went to ask her which item was what she told me to open it myself and I’ll see it very rude and unprofessional. the food was old and soggy i asked for my receipt she told me the machine didn’t work

Just went through the drive-through and placed an order that total 47 dollars. Tell me why all of the hard tacos were wet, mushy and made completely wrong. I called and ask to speak to a manager on duty only for him to be rude and disrespectful about the order. He tells me he was the one made the order and that it was 25 minutes ago, when I literally had just received the order. The entire call was just as bad as the food I was given. Not getting an order correct is one thing but to be serving food that’s not eatable and being disrespectful when the customer is simply reaching out about what they were given especially for the price they paid is beyond unacceptable and unprofessional. I asked for his name and/or id number and was told he didn’t have to provide me with it and he didn’t. I indeed reached out to file a complaint and will be following up with it tomorrow as this is a Sunday night. I did want my order to be done correctly but at this point I want a refund and for that rude and disrespectful manager to be held accountable for his awful service.

Worst service I’ve ever had at a Taco Bell. I’m a long-haul trucker, so I’ve been to 100s of Taco Bells across the country. So believe me when I say this one may want to think about replacing some of the help. Including the Thug calling himself the manager.
