We’re regular customers, never had many problems except that, when we order, we sometimes get a foreign person we can’t understand, which makes the process a struggle. My only real complaint is that they discontinued making the extra large option with regular crust. Even if it didn’t sell as well, you’re just making pizza, how hard can it be to pull out an extra large pan? Anyway, generally speaking, high ratings.

I ordered extra sauces and when I picked up true order the guy smiled, handed me my order and said he doubled checked and all my sauces were there (I didn’t even ask about the sauces). I was like oh great! Thank you! Got home… not 1 single sauce in the 5 boxes we ordered…. Like what??!! lol. And the garlic bread has like lines where they just pooped on the sauce and it doesn’t melt or something. Food was good though.

Ordered pizza and breadsticks on 12-1-24, the doordasher dropped my order off on my door step, never knocked, rang the doorbell or attempted to notify me, my order sat outside in 30deg temperature for over 30 minutes before I called the store to check on my order and they said it had been delivered. The store manager acted like it was a pretty normal issue with doordash. The store refunded my money, I sure hope the dasher didn’t get his tip. I would give this store a zero star review if I could

This experience was so bad ! The worst ! I didn’t know this was well down for papa John! I called to places a complain. I talked to the employee than the manager which both were okay nice, but once I got to talk to the boss. The boss was completely rude ! I told him the pizza was burnt / black! He said thats how well done is & the pizza was probably brown not black! Than he continue to rudely told me to bring the pizza in because he won’t let a burnt pizza leave out the door! So I did take it ! He never faces me nor apologize nor speak to me . He never once talked to me ! He would speak to an employee & the employee would speak to me. Horrible costumer services from the boss ! I didn’t want to make a scene in the business which I didn’t but I was expecting a refund & my pizza made right! After I payed delivery plus tip! They remade it but just how the boss acted horrible!!

Absolutely awful, they need to go back to pizza school. Spent over $30 doll hairs on what Italian families call an abomination. No sauce didn’t even cut half the pie. If you can’t make a normal pizza then why even get out of bed in the morning. Things have really gone down hill since papa left. And it shows. People do this town a massive favor and go to flavor town and learn how to cook.

Second time I’ve ordered the Philly Cheesesteak PapaDias, with two Chicken, Ranch, Mushroom, and Black Olive covered pizzas! Absolutely Delicious! I used to get Dominos, but they’re nothing compared to Papa John’s!

This Papa Johns forgets to give everything you order… Try calling them to sort it out? Good luck! They just put you on hold! Enclosed is a picture of the hold time and I still never talked to anyone. Will be contacting my bank for a refund tomorrow because Papa Johns won’t talk to me.

3-1-22, ~8pm—PAY ATTENTION TO WHAT PEOPLE ORDER ONLINE!!!! 1/3 of our most recent ordered were up to par. The last order had little cheese, so I ordered extra cheese this time to help make up for the last one lacking. I also ordered light sauce, and it came oozing out of every piece! I’m literally having to squeeze sauce out of my pizza to eat it. We also ordered mediums, and they came small and partially doughy. I’ve been eating this pizza for many years, and this is nothing like what I expect out of Papa John’s. We won’t be back for a long while, and hopefully you’ll hire someone who can actually make a proper Papa John’s pizza!
