The service was horrendous.
1. When our food arrived we ask for crab crackers and was told they couldn’t find any … mind you we order 3 crab clusters .. we couldn’t even open one of the clusters .
2. In our large boil the clams were completely missing and we advised the waitress we felt it was completely unprofessional for the cook to ask to see the actual plate . We had showed our server there was no clams and we stood minutes with out eating ….
3. The bathrooms were an absolute filth , feces all over the border of the toilets puddles of Urine in both toilets .
We do have to say we feel the server (savana) did try her best and her service wasn’t able to be appreciated to how understaff this location was.

We walked in and got seated quickly. Good came out in a very reasonable time for what we ordered. Had to remind them for my crab rangoons but other than that food was amazing and tasted great. Service was a little eh but it’s busy what can you expect. All in all highly recommend and will be coming back !!!

Had been reading some good reviews so we stopped in to give it a try and wow was seriously impressed… Great mixed drinks , had some fried shrimp as an Appetizer and Snow Crab Boils for our mains . Wow . Soo fresh and absolutely delicious … even the hushpuppies were moist and flavorful…

Gumbo is superb. Crab portions run a little lean and a little too high, especially since local fresh seafood is plentiful in Orlando. Mussels we’re going bad. But food is overall tasty. However, Service is atrocious. No one bussed our table the entire time, filthy dishes. Wet naps, plastic bags (crab boil y’all) and not one person attempted to clear anything. Manager stood there starting at servers obviously in the weeds and offered no help, and greeted no one. If they close in six months, hopefully they realize why. Do yourself a favor and visit King Cajun instead.

Everything is cooked in a plastic bag with seasonings that makes it all taste the same. Lobster tastes like shrimp and crab, and was very ‘chewy’ or rubbery. Corn tastes like everything else.
I prefer my food to have individual flavors, not all alike.
IMO, not worth the price; might as well be a crayfish boil.

Excellent experience. I dined here on a Thursday evening with my boyfriend. It was quiet and peaceful. We needed to charge our phones and the hostess and waitress were both very helpful! The restaurant staff is great! Give this place a try!

I got the daily special, it was the – 1/2 lb crab, 1/2 lb shrimp, 1/2 lb crawfish with the Boom sauce… So tasty!
Timmy was my server, super helpful and personable. The place was clean with a modern and fun atmosphere. Food was very fresh, hot, and most importantly it tasted amazing! It’s a must visit if you’re in the area.

Family group on Mother’s Day. We wanted to try something different and heard good things about Crafty Crab. The restaurant vibe is good, I like the theming and there’s a full bar inside if someone just want to walk in and sit there.
I didn’t like the calamari, tasted a little like rubber, no flavor. Ordered the special bag of crab, shrimp oysters, 2 potatoes and it was very tasteful. Very fulfilling! Prepare to get messy but you’ll definitely enjoy this mix of food. They do give you bags, plastic bibs, wipes and paper towels as needed before starting to eat. The service itself was okay overall. The table was a little dirty and the waitress had many other tables and it was a little difficult to get her attention, she also got our checks mixed up but took care of it.

Terrible food (ordered mild) too spicy to eat. Shrimp smelled bad. Service was S L O W. My boil was still 80% full when we we cashed out & the waitress never inquired as to why I did not eat my food. 6 hours later & me & my daughter both feel sick.
$115 wasted. So disappointed bc this was our “Christmas Dinner”.
Go to Hungry Crab instead $44 AYCE crab boils & fresh with a much better flavor.
