No menu for sandwiches, so I almost left. They have deli meats, so I asked if they do wraps. They said yes, so I thought turkey was quick and easy. Without chips, this was $12! To give you perspective, this sandwich isn’t as wide as my knuckle too fingertip! You can do better for less at the Sub Pub up the road.

$2.93, let that sink in $2.93 for a buttered everything bagel. 1st and last time I’ll come here. Bagel was hard, taste was very bland. The everything seasoning was minimal. Butter was skimpy at best. Although this was on my way to work I’ll inconvenience myself and go out of my way to stop at Alpha Bagel in Randolph any day then to come here again. $2.93

If you go through my restaurant reviews, you’ll find me consistently complaining about pricing and portions. I work in Chester, so I’m always hunting for pocket-friendly go-to lunch spots.
At the time of writing this, Chester Bagel offers a THEC on a bagel for $6.65. I get mine with bacon on it too and its under $9. Food is good here and the bagels meet NJ standard. Considering bagel places will charge you around $10 for a single meat breakfast sandwich, this place deserves 5/5.

Gone here everyday for the past year but now they started double charging once a month, messing up orders once a week, and raising prices randomly on regular customers whenever they feel like it. Never going back to this place, not the same since the staff changed.

Used to be my go-to bagel place, but with more competition in town they aren’t stepping up to the plate. Bagels have gotten WAY smaller, both in diameter and height. Frequent order errors, when taking a bagel to go I shouldn’t have to unwrap it in the store to ensure accuracy. I wanted to remain loyal but even the addition of credit cards isn’t enough to keep me coming back. RIP Chagel
