Very did with the customer service. The young Spanish lady by the name of Stephanie was extremely rude. No one acknowledges you . She had an attitude I asked her for a lid because there was no lid in the beverage station and completely ignored me and when I asked again she answered very rude and gave me an attitude and kept ringing other customers and was not polite. And to top it off she didn’t toast my chicken teriyaki sub and gave it to me cold with an attitude. Customer service is the key to any place. I understand that is lunch hour with only two people I working and like 10 customers waiting. But it doesn’t give u the excuse to be rude and looking like there not happy working there and not acknowledging the customers .

At this particular location they are famous for walking to the back once you walk in the door. Instead of greeting you and saying welcome they walk the opposite way. So I have gotten almost used to this until today.
The employee who was to help me really doesn’t understand English very well and really didn’t want to be there. As I placed my order and she put it to be toasted, I asked for a second request which was for two more items that they have on menu. When it was time to ring me up for my items, I now have a sandwich and two nachos. I simply asked for a bag to place them all together. She said, I don’t have. Then she turned around and said it’s for Uber eats. I said I just need to get one bag to walk home. She refused. She said that I could talk to her manager tomorrow. I said well give me a refund today. She refused. She went to the back room and came back out talking about we can call my manager. This location is going downhill by the day with folks who don’t want to really be there. She didn’t understand and all she could do was tell me to come back tomorrow talk to her manager. It could have been resolved so simply. At this point I’m rambling on about a sandwich and some nachos. But it’s more about customer service.

Rude and poor service … I was there trying to get a sandwich… this two girls talking to each other… and “Espérate “ more than 5 times , I request to use the bathrooms and they said they lost the key … is against the law to not have operating bathroom in commercial properties… shall call code complaint and the DERM county

I went to subway on Friday 6/20/25. The young lady who ( Kiki/ Kenisha I think ?) had just taken over the shift was a wonderful and exceptional employee. I wanted to let the owners know that she was patient and kind with my son, handled every question with grace made the experience at subway really nice . Nice enough for me to write this review. She had excellent customer service.

Don’t order online from this location, they make whatever feels right to them and not based on the printed order. My chicken teriyaki sub was drenched in mayo and mustard, I didn’t ask for either. Pickles instead of cucumbers. Honestly it’s printed in clear English that any subway employee should be able to recognize. Second sub was also wrong, no bacon, a single pickle (probably because she wasted all the pickles on mine), also drenched in mayo when we asked for light. It’s just mind boggling that you can’t get a written sandwich order right.

The employee was rude and refused to honor the price of the sandwich I ordered. I ordered a fresh fit kids meal for my daughter. I spoke in Spanish and used Google translate. I showed her a picture of the menu and the price. She refused to honor the price on the board of $6.49. She was rude and incompetent, and I had to leave the store. Please train your employees to understand the menu and its prices, and have decorum when serving the guest.

Allergy friendly – veggie with multigrain, no sauces.
I really appreciated the kind lady replacing my original order – tuna – because subway’s tuna is mixed with mayonnaise which contains egg, raw egg in fact.
Made the order online and from my experience I suggest getting Subway to update their online menus. They should note any sandwiches that contain eggs and while they are at it, any that contain dairy.

It’s ridiculous that they have only one person working, and more in the night schedule, the girl Claudia, did a great job, but had a lot of things, delivery order, people waiting. Too much for someone alone. I was more than 45 minutes just to be attended to
