We have been to fait maison in the past and we keep returning because it seems to get better each time. Last night, six of us had dinner for my birthday with good friends and family. We all had the fixed menu; two asked for “no seafood”. The chef accommodated this substitution with no problems, as a matter of fact, one of the “no seafood” substitutions was a truffle risotto which was amazing. We also added the wine pairing and the cheese course. The sommelier explained each wine and showed the region with a lighted map. Pairings were perfect. Each course of the menu was remarkable. In addition the service was impeccable. After the dinner, the chef came out and greeted us all and talked about the food and his background. Overall, this was a 5 star dinner across the board. One of the top 10 dinner experiences in my life. Best in OKC.

This was worth it. It is truly a hidden gem that everyone should be trying to experience. We did the tasting menu which was one of the BEST menus we’ve had in Oklahoma City even after trying some of the others.

The staff was also really great. They took the time to explain the food and walk us through everything. They were also very fun and joked around with us.

We met the owners, the chef and his wife, and they are just very kind.

I left very full and very very happy. We will be coming back and will be bringing our friends!

My wife had been dying to try Fait Maison, so for our 1st wedding anniversary I made reservations. This was by far the best dining experience either one of us has ever had. Everything was prepared to perfection, the flavor profiles are stunning, and the service was impeccable. Word of advice, don’t skip the cheese cart or desert. Get the whole experience if you go, you will not be disappointed.

Took my husband here for his birthday, it was our first time dining here and it was absolutely lovely. I had the Maine lobster and it was to die for, while my husband had the Wagyu which he really enjoyed. My first time trying escargots as well, simply delicious! The house old fashion was incredibly smooth, and that’s coming from someone who doesn’t care for whiskey. Would absolutely return, even just for the coffee, which was some of the best coffee I’ve ever had in my life.

If you some a special occasion to celebrate or your just want to splurge and get away for a couple of hours, if you fancy a French dinner and want to be immersed in authentic French fine dining… in Edmond, Oklahoma, then this is your place. Absolutely delicious food and cozy atmosphere. Loved the experience from step in to step out. The meal was outstanding. We got a 5 course dinner with basically bunch of extra courses including zucchini soup with Parmesan mousse that was top 3 soups I’ve ever had. The nice touch and a special dessert from chef for my birthday was so warming. Such an amazing experience! Highly recommend!

Great place to eat good food and have an amazing experience. My wife and I did the 5 course meal with wine pairing. Staff was incredibly attentive and informative about the wine and food. The menu was comprised of dishes i normally wouldn’t order but all tasted great with unique flavors you won’t find elsewhere. Will be back to try other dishes they offer.

If I could give 100 stars – I definitely would!
This is a little European Aristocratic Oasis in the middle of the Cattle Country of Oklahoma.
Most Fantastic service, and fascinating dishes served as a piece of art and taste phenomenal.
We got plenty delicious compliments from the chef and very much appreciated all the attention.
Romantic cozy love booths make you feel like you are the only ones there!
Be Prepared though- it is expensive and names of dishes seem complicated if you are not very familiar with French

My husband and I tried this place for the first time for my birthday and loved it! The atmosphere is so nice and they have downscaled due to covid. We felt very safe and there were no patrons near us. We had two wonderful servers, but I can’t remember either of their names, but they were amazing! They were very kind, patient and helpful as we asked so many questions. We decided to do the tasting menu and I have included the picture of the menu along with the dishes. The pace was perfect and the flavors were awesome. We had to skip the cheese part because we were both stuffed! We shared the wine tasting with it and neither of us are big wine drinkers and some of them we really liked, but others were not to our liking, but again, we are not ones to judge this sort of thing. The presentation of each dish and the flavors were so spot on! Each course was amazing! The bread offerings were also so very good. We are looking forward to coming back and trying some of the dishes that we saw. They also had a “hunting menu” that really piqued our interest and want to try. The Chef should be commended and the servers as well. We can’t say enough about this place and highly recommend it as well as looking forward to going back. The only down side to the whole thing was parking. That was a little tough to get, but worth the hassle, I promise you.

Intro

France is synonymous with fine dining, home to legendary chefs like Alain Ducasse and Joël Robuchon, and remains a culinary powerhouse with over 600 Michelin-starred restaurants. Atmosphere

Fait Maison offers a luxurious French-inspired setting with gold, cream, and gray hues, complemented by radiant chandeliers and plush booths. The industrial charcoal ceiling slightly contrasts with the refined decor, yet the atmosphere remains elegant and inviting.

Service

Shane and Alex delivered impeccable service, with Alex’s deep passion for food and wine enhancing each dish’s presentation. Chef Bouzerand’s wife, Susan, also added warmth with her visit, and Chef Bouzerand himself stopped by, making the experience feel truly personal.

Dining

Hors d’oeuvre’s

A savory cheese tart, cream ball, savory macaron, and herb cracker with onion compote provide a refined start.

Rich, nutty soup balanced with parmesan mousse and marinated elk for a smoky depth, creating a memorable, multi-dimensional experience.

Scallop with Parmesan Cream, Roasted Celery, and Dauphine Potato
Perfectly seared scallop with a crispy Dauphine potato, offering balanced flavors and textures.

A delightful trio: chocolate macaroon, walnut caramel, and passion fruit marshmallow.

Three Courses of Vanilla

Crème Brûlée with Madagascar Vanilla: Velvety custard with a perfect caramelized sugar crust.

Crepe Stuffed Orange Soufflé: Flambeed tableside with Grand Marnier, balancing sweet and tangy flavors.
