Needs better customer services rep handling the food, order a plain pretzel with the cheese dip and a lemonade… it was a Spanish girl with glasses attending the station, she placed the pretzel on a piece of napkin with the top part of the pretzel touching the bear counter … so I asked can you change this one because the pretzel was touching the corner top … without a word she grab it and throw it in the trash.. took another out and shoved it over to me, I smh proceeded to paid, then asked for a straw for my lemonade and with and attitude she told me to look on the other side of the counter. We not begging for your food !? we are patronizing your business, word to the wise “ get better customer service rep . 1:45 pm on 02/28/2023 at the downstairs pretzel time close to the exit by target

The customer service is terrible. The girl behind the counter is miserable. She needs to change jobs. I walked up to the counter before anything was ready. I said good morning with a smile the only girl working the counter. she turned back and gave me an eye roll like she was annoyed that I was asking for her attention. I said good morning how are you when will the hot thoughts be ready she proceeded to keep a firm face with no smile or a friendly greet saying that I had to give her until noon because she was by herself I said OK no problem. I proceeded to come back about 45 minutes later I asked her for 16 pieces of mini hotdogs and I asked if she could just give me a spare cup as I was taking the other half home she told me no with an attitude as if the cup comes out of her paycheck. She did not apologize she did not even try to rectify her behavior she simply did not care and checked me out with an attitude. I don’t care where you work I feel that you should treat everyone with respect especially if you’re in Customer Service. We love Pretzelmaker the food is always good but the service is terrible and they should hire friendlier staff or train them to be polite. I treated her with respect and She’s manners and better work ethic. I did not get her name is she’s the only girl working today.

I went to Pretzelmaker at the Trumbull Mall at about 7:20 pm on Thursday, January 27, 2022. I got an order of pretzel bites with dipping cheese. Total came to $7.93. I paid $13.03. I know this because I only had $20 on me and I broke that at Starbucks right before coming to the mall. I only spent $6 at Starbucks so the only cash I had was my $14 left from that transaction. The cashier gave me back .10 and closed the register. I politely told her that I gave her $13. She doubles back and then stops and says No you gave me $8. I tell her, I’m sure I gave you $13 because I just broke a $20 before I got here. She says No it was a $5 because I checked. I repeated I’m positive it was a $10. She replied No it wasn’t. At this point I give up because I didn’t want to make a big deal over $5 but I do want people to know this location of Pretzelmaker doesn’t have good customer service and they don’t pay proper attention to their sales. When they count the till this evening and there is my extra $5 I hope whoever gets it really needs it. I will not patronize this location ever again. I suggest you don’t either if you don’t want to be cheated out of your money.

Worst customer service ever! It’s 11:25 on 5/31/24 as I’m walking up with my 4 yr old I get an eye roll and a “They’re not ready” I can see that! But a “Hello” goes a long way! This was the stand on the second floor by Express. I ended up walking to the other side as the customer service was better.

Horrible experience, horrible pretzel. It was cold and hard. Lady behind the counter was so unfriendly. Perhaps the most disgusting part of this was how she had gloves on…… but was handling money and credit cards, along with the food, with the gloves on. If you want food poisoning and an extremely unhygenetic place, this is for you.

Terrible service , never have any product , always closing early . Visited the store about 5:30 pm they were out of an item that I wanted . The worker told me that they are in the process of making them. She said it’s going to be a while . Ok so I come back at 7:30 . She looked at me like I had 2 heads. When I asked for what it was that she said to come back for , she started to dhake her head in a “ no “ fashion . She said we don’t have those we are closing . Typical , it’s just text book with them . As I was there I heard the similar complaints. Never again will I spend a cent there .

Another business with a rude woman behind the counter, who doesn’t want to help the customers. My suggestion, go to the other pretzel places in the mall and take your business elsewhere. I wouldn’t spend a red cent at this place, they don’t deserve it.
