My favorite place to stop on campus for coffee or a quick bite. Asiago bagel with avocado is delicious and good for the mind and body. Staff is always friendly and will fix any mistakes made, and often goes above and beyond. Can’t wait for the pumpkin season to hit this year! I miss those pumpkin coolers and bagels

I go to Caribou locations all over. They always offer me free refills on my iced tea. First of all, the girl only filled my cup up about 2/3. Then, they said no refills when I went back up later. I asked why it is different from all other Caribou locations. The staff shrugged and said she didn’t know. There were 5 other staff sitting back toward the kitchen. They were all busy goofing around. I like the bagels and was going to bring a baker’s dozen home (as I often do). I do not intend to come back. I told the staff member that and she just said, “OK.” I am frustrated as to why it has to be so different and why the staff were so unhelpful and just didn’t seem to care.

Food slaps and it’s sooo good but the guy who cashiers is a jerk. Like sorry I didn’t know that you had multiple cheesy bagels. He’s so rude everytime like if you don’t wanna be there then quit and get another job. I work in food service myself and there’s NO need for the attitude he gives

The location listed is incorrect. This is in Myers Field House, not the Student Union. Bagel guy gave me an awesomely generous amount of schmear.
