Some of the worse customer service I have ever had. No one said a word to us in a friendly manner. I ordered water and was getting ready to order drink for my husband who was gone to restroom. By the time I said water she was gone. Our food was sat down on table without a single word. She knew we were splitting our lunch and did not bring us extra plate. When we finally got to ask for that she brings out small saucer and seems quite irritated. Again does not say a word and leaves table. We of course have to ask for regular plate. Again very irritated I have asked for that. Will never be back to this place again. Food was only fair.

I really like Polos. I order the same thing every time I go. As with any other restaurant, there are things on the menu that I didn’t like, but that’s my preference, not a reflection on the quality of food. When I get an itch for taquitos and don’t want to make them at home, I go here. I also recommend the Mexican Shrimp Cocktail. It’s delicious!

Horrible! They can’t even do good tortillas. The building is falling down and the roof leaks non stop…where is the health department?? I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Third world cleanliness at best!
