We decided to try The Big New Yoker Pizza and cheese sticks. The cheese sticks were super cheesy, crispy and very delicious. The pizza was crispy and very good. The kids enjoyed the super large thin slices. Customer service was courteous and friendly.

This is my go to Pizza hut because they are usually fast and accurate. My last two orders have been messed up or missing something. My first order was missing my cheesebread (which I paid 1.50 Xtra for). Then in my order yesterday they had my pizza wrong. I ordered a super supreme and my pizza only had sausage, cheese and pepperoni on it, that’s all, and I paid $3.00 extra for the specialty pizza. Make sure to check your order before leaving store or before the delivery person leaves.

Placed a phone order since the website and app would not work. Order was put in wrong, overcharged for pizzas, when I got there they handed me my food but an entire pizza and an order of bread sticks were missing. Brought up the order discrepancies and price difference and was offered a “free 2 liter”. Waited for an extra 10 minutes for the missing pizza and breasticks to be made. Absolute joke of a place.

Placed a pick up order here twice now and both times, spot on. Latest visit had a gal working the front who was awesome about going from front counter to kitchen support AND washed her hands even being busy. I wish I caught her name but she was lovely and the food was great as per usual from this location.

Pizza sauce was good, but everything else tasted second rate and don’t get me started on the garlic wings. They just threw the garlic mix into a box with some wings and called it good. Wings were barely covered and the garlic was clumped up in the corner. Worker here seemed irritated so maybe that has to do with the quality of the food made. Who knows.

GREAT pizza! – it’s the best I’ve had at the Hut anywhere (that’s a lot of places). AND GREAT service – The people here have it wired – you can tell from the delicious pizza but they don’t EVER get your order wrong and the service is perfect. The franchise has some quirks I don’t love and the Pizza Hut App could drive me to serial crime, but if you want a great pizza (or 5) at a good price (shop the deals) don’t go anywhere else. Seriously, if I moved closer to a different Hut around Omaha, I’d still come here. I recommend the Thin and Crispy (trust me on this), but you can’t go wrong at this Hut.

Ordered food and they just didn’t deliver, call or anything. What type of “business” does that. I received uncooked food a while back and decided to give it another try. Also, the left my food outside on the ground with bugs and animals out there when I put a note asking them NOT to do that. I love Pizza Hut and this neighborhood’s Pizza Hut sucks.

Our local restaurant had only recently reopened due to staffing issues. So I was not expecting much as I understand how much of a challenge reopening had to be. The food was prepared fine and the delivery person delivered it fresh and hot and was friendly. The only reason I would not strongly recommend it was just the ingredients themselves. The meatballs were not very good (the cheese sauce and the rest of the toppings were fine) and the crispy thin crust was only crispy on the edge (which was really good). The bottom was done but not close to crispy. Otherwise everything was fine. I was not disappointed overall so please take this as intended. 4 of 5 is not bad.
