I don’t know why I keep having faith in this store. Clearly the staff takes zero pride in provided quality food. Don’t risk it, buy from another chain. Both the pizza and knots were burnt, neither should have been sent out the door.

Walked in and was instantly greeted by Spencer even though he was busy he took the time to acknowledge we were waiting. Then Rick came to the counter as soon as he was done helping another customer. Instantly gave us our food with a fun attempt at pronouncing our last name.
Food looked amazing as soon as we opened the boxes, and tasted even better.
10:/10 recommend this location for great service and pizza.

Hit are miss at Papa’s every time we make bets if the pizza is good. Under cooked numerous times. Never over cooked. Very few toppings. Go else where. I know I have.!

Uber messed up on their end with a Pizza Special. I added beef on one pizza and paid extra but when called it was not showing on there. When I called, Rick said he would fix that for me and treated my issue with respect and professionalism. Thanks Rick!

New papa bites: Oreo bites were very good. Chicken Parmesan were terrible tasting and looked nothing like how they are advertised. Papadilla had all the ingredients on 1 side only. The bites and papadilla weren’t cut all the way thru. Just lazy. 2 weeks prior, also on a Sunday night, we were missing an item. We have never had any issues with quality during the daytime.

I’ve only ever gotten 1 bad pizza from here. Always hot, employees are efficient. I get a full belly for a cheap price. They usually blast great music in the kitchen. Love it keep it up

My kid had his friend over for the night and wanted to have pizza. And apparently for a good reason, he wanted pepperoni and black olives. I have attached photos.black black olives werent portioned correctly and now on thr 2nd photo i asked for half green pepper and chicken. Im a cook myself and I kind of expected those pizza should have a good pride into those portion cup….i dont think I’m ordering from this location next time.
