I went here to just eat lunch, and I don’t typically expect much from fast food. I normally don’t even write these for fast food places- but my experience was awful. I ordered a plain cheeseburger and fries combo. I said ‘and then a’ , and before I could find out my sentence I was given my total. I had to tell the person I also wanted a small ice cream. They then gave me the total, and I can at least say the service was quick. However, the fries are old and dry, and I got the entirely wrong burger. While I don’t mind spicy, it’s not what I wanted. The sauce was everywhere in the container for it and it got all over my hands- and let me tell you, it stains. I asked for the wifi as there is a dairy queen guest wifi that I saw, but the person said there was no wifi. I wouldn’t call it guest wifi if it’s not for guests. At the very least the tables were clean, but the floor had some trip hazards.

Showed and about 7:13 maybe even earlier I waited 5 minutes for someone to take my order waited seven more minutes for someone to get my money and I saw someone come off of break go inside and the people behind me got their food before me which all I had ordered was a banana split and a six-piece tender basket I then see the worker that just got off a break go back into his vehicle and waited another 15 minutes before I got my food and during that time I saw two cars pull up the people walking and immediately walk out because of the wait time finally got my food asked about coupons and was told I had to wait 5 to 10 more minutes because they are too busy to come bring them out the banana split was completely overflowing they are giving me a bunch of extra napkins but even with those it spilled all over my car and was almost completely melted and they did not even toast the bread I left at about 7:33

I just can’t figure out a way to rate this DQ location in Peosta Iowa. I would have to say the worst customer service of any DQ ever. I use the online app to pre-order after order said it was ready and I understand it’s an estimated time I gave it an extra 15 minutes before I showed up. Order was not ready very understaffed and very rude stuff. There was multiple cars in line when I asked about my order I was told I would have to wait until all of the drive-thru was done. Which is asinine because cars are continually pulling in. Then the girl told me word verbatim they were too busy with their ice cream orders. At that point I said cancel my order and refund me. She said I could not get a refund I would have to go online. Since I did not sign up on the app I can’t refund online. So for the $10 I lost I am going to make this comment about this location. Management needs to fire the entire staff. No reason food could not have been ready you could see everything precooked and stacked up along their cookers they’re just too slow and too incompetent to do that job. I hate to call names but they are very undertined and you have to blame management for that. Don’t know why I waste my time on these post. Management never responds I take it they just want your money and they don’t care about their customers

Service was good, if a little slow(could tell it was a new person). Shake was good. Food was fast but you could tell the fries and chicken strips were under the warmer for a while, very dry, not hot, fries were hard. Queso had obviously been sitting a while. I would much rather wait for fresh food than what I got

Accidentally knocked over a sign while leaving the lobby to go around and order my food in the drive through and the cook blew up on me and told me I needed to pay for knocking over a sign that I did not damage and then proceeded to mock me by bouncing around and mouthing the words “I cook your food I cook your food!” I now feel as though I am owed for the cost of the meal that I was too scared to eat and this cook should never be allowed to set foot in DQ ever again! The photo is of the untouched meal 6 hours after I ordered it that I fear could cause me to get sick because I don’t know what the cook might have done to it!

My food was right but I have food poisoning from it and while I was there there was a group of 20 year old customers throwing food at my 14 year old brother and when my lil brother threw their food back they threatened them and I tried to deescilate the situation they continued to threaten me and my 14 year old brother and his 14 year old friend I can not express how young we were compared to how old they were

Got to be the worsts fast food restaurant out there, 20 minutes with 2 cars in the driveway. Took nearly 10 minutes to even take the order, and to top it off the food was cold. Fries tasted like they were under a heat lamp all day, bread was stale. Owners should be held accountable for representing a franchise in this manner.

Hours say they are open until 8. They start closing at 7:20. They say the lobby is closed at 7:30 (wont take orders at the counter). Our “sauced and tossed” honey bbq strips were hardly dipped. The blizzards were assembled and not blended. The butter bread was maybe 20% buttered. Really gone down hill.

This place is gross no one clean they are short staffed which leads to long wait time to order you food the fries for my meal were stall tasting I ask for my cheeseburger meal for two extra slices of cheese only got one extra slice after waiting ten minutes to place an order then my sundae with chocolate syrup was shorted ( just look at attached pics) highly consider going to another Dairy Queen and the staff were slight rude and very unprofessional and would barely talk to their customers or even smile !
