17 dollars for a plate, pretty pricey for below average food. Like the other reviews it’s a ton of sauce, and the quality isn’t great. It’s mall food, so I suppose you can’t expect a lot, but, for the price it was disappointing. The workers were not very friendly either. I think the worst part was charging 50 cents for a damn paper plate.

Sharing my experience of today itself. The food was bland and full of sauce. The lady in the register was very unfriendly and same with the cook. They were looking judgmental and rude as if they were upset because they had to work for us. I greeted the lady in the register but no response. I said thank you to the cook when picking up the food but no response. I forgot to take the before picture but this is the after picture.

Extremely tough/rubbery chicken. Plus they raised the prices. Won’t be back and I don’t think they’ll be around much longer. Not a winning formula to sell bad food at high prices.

I bought the Teriyaki Beef plate, when I got home it was overcooked and lacked the quality I come to expect from this establishment.
I called to speak with someone and when I stated that I wasn’t happy, she hung up. Called back immediately, asked to speak to a manager was told there wasn’t anyone available and he hung up. Is this the original Sansei I used to eat at or has someone else bought it and just kept the name?

Food was bland and full of sauce. It was hot but flavorless and the vegetables were dry and most likely very old. Not many restaurants in this mall. Very dilapidated.
