My friend from Texas said it’s the best Indian food she’s ever had. I think it’s the best out of the places I tried in NYC but the best Indian food is in New Jersey. The curry in NYC is much sweeter/ acidic and less savory but if that’s what you like then go for it. I got the paneer tikka masala with chilli garlic naan. The naan was nice and fluffy. The eggplant curry was delicious and so was the Chana masala

They have a very well-priced dinner special for 2, and it was more than enough food. Additionally, they were extremely friendly, with quick service. I highly recommend the lamb korma, it was the best version of korma I have had in New York City!

Service is fast and food is consistently delicious. Easily the best lunch deal in the area. I think about the lamb curry at least once a week. Beautifully inviting interior setting. Genuinely friendly staff. Cannot praise this place enough!

I ordered takeout from here for the first time last night and was totally blown away. I got the samosa chaat, goat curry, sag paneer, garlic naan, and cucumber raita. The goat was super tender and flavorful, the samosa chaat was delicious (plenty of crunch which I love) as was the sag paneer and garlic naan to sop up all the sauces. I also love that the raita came in a half pint container and nothing smaller bc I love having plenty of raita to enjoy with the spicy parts of my meal. My order also came with a surprise mango juice and a sampler of their rice pudding. I have to say I think this is the best Indian I’ve had in Crown Heights so praise is deserved! I will be exclusively ordering Indian from here going forward!

I just moved to the area and was looking for a classic mattar paneer/naan fix and came across Green Chilli. Portions, price, and flavor were great and the folks running this place were super friendly and definitely go above and beyond in providing great service. Take it from someone who has ordered the same things from dozens of restaurants across the country, Green Chilli won’t disappoint!

We accidentally found this place and decided to give it a try. Started off with chole bhature, followed by chicken biryani and chicken rogan josh. The food was very homely and delicious. Loved the flavors of biryani and the piping hot bhatura with chole. Rogan josh was delectable as well. Friendly owners, quick service and affordable prices.
