What happened? This location used to be soooo good . Now, what a wreck. Your staff just hangs up & then does not pick up the phone. Orders wrong, attitude, no listening or concern for hard working people’s dinners. That is what they are preparing, DINNER FOR WORKING CLASS.
Please get this store back on track. I am sure there are good people there. Get rid of the rude texting posers.

I placed my order on the app. The food was hot and fresh. I waited 2 minutes tops for my food. The young lady working the window had a good attitude. I went around 8:15p and it was not busy at all.

Ordered a French dip, they didn’t put the Au Jus in the bag. We called. The person in the phone said sorry then dead air. It isn’t the first time we’ve gotten bad food or missing items but it’s the last time. They don’t even talk when you call. Really?!? We have our receipt so it is a legitimate issue. Avoid this restaurant at all costs.

This has got to be the most unreliable arbys that exists in all of America. Can the people here actually read? or did they fail to pass kindergarten. What is so hard to understand about 2 roast beef gyros. I get the order, one gyro is not roast beef, its lamb, didnt get the right soda, got no marinara for my mozzarella sticks. It is outrageous that once you get terrible service, you cant even receive the correct food. If you’re thinking of ordering from this one, drive a little further to the one on 15 mile.

I’ve been to this Arby’s multiple times during the late evening hours and it’s always done right! The food is hot and fresh, there are never any super long lines and the staff is professional. It’s a younger gentleman that usually is there, whenever he takes my order it’s perfect, not sure of his name but he has braces. Thank you!

The girl who took my order was nice however she did not put the condiments that I requested in the bag. The crispy chicken sandwich I ordered was not fresh it was cool rather than hot and fresh like it should have been. I kinda had a feeling it would be because I was the only one in the Drive-Thru and it took about a min for her to hand me my order. Furthermore it looked and tasted to be cooked in old oil. Arby’s use to be a place to go to for fast fresh food, considering my past few experiences I know longer believe this to be true. If I should decide to return to this location, I will request my food to be dropped fresh. It’s unfortunate I would have to do this.

Kiera was a fantastic person to come in contact with during my visit. She was very helpful. The ham and swiss well I could just think about Hardee’s hot ham and swiss that’s what I thought of first that could probably use more meat but that goes to say with most sandwiches at most restaurants but that did have a very good flavor is happy to have that and see it on the menu. It was very fresh and hot along with the potato cakes, cheese sticks and crispy fries everything was fantastic and the restaurant was very clean. I would recommend. First off, I ordered through the app for take out and went inside to pick up… Been there 3 times in the last couple of months around the dinner hour. Each time the staff was friendly, food was delivered on time and the orders were accurate. The restaurant was always clean and the condiment area was stocked and clean. Don’t know what else I can say.
