Love Jersey Mike’s and the team is always kind, but I’ve had multiple orders in a row now where cheese was added despite requesting no cheese. And each time I have to wait for them to remake it. This time I was rushing, I didn’t realize until I was already home. I understand rushes happen, but since cheese is a common food sensitivity, accuracy with ingredients really matters. Thank you.

Oh wow, had a pretty interesting experience at Jersey Mike’s. Actually visited with my girlfriend. We had some awesome sandwiches, and they were really good, would definitely find ourselves revisiting just so we could exploit there many sandwich options. Very clean and baseball like ambiance. Pretty busy but efficient place to have a bite.

My giant steak and cheese tonight was awful. It tasted dry like they forgot the mayo and I asked for double onions, no peppers. I could barely find onions on it. My steak also wasn’t chopped up. I haven’t had a steak and cheese from there in awhile but I remember it being way better than this. My giant Italian sub was good though!

OMG I ordered from DoorDash spectacular experience but whoever made my grinder I want to bow at their feet because DELICIOUSNESS to the 1000th power it was EVERYTHING a grinder should be I felt like a pig grunting with every bite I really need to know who made it because I want to tip them big. Using a coupon the price was very good, but without the prices were a little high. Joey Garlic’s seems like a better value. The Regular subs were good and a good size. The cold sub was done right away, the hot sub took quite a while. It is good that it was prepared fresh (mushrooms grilled upon ordering) though. Perhaps the cold one could have been made when the hot one was almost ready.

Newington Jersey Mikes- probably one of the best locations I have visited. Staff was lively, greeted upon entry ( that’s important!), and polite. Definitely a recommended! Food was done correctly and quick, despite being busy.

We like Jersey Mike’s, and generally expect a good visit whenever we go. This time we’re promised by John (not Jon or Jawn) that we were going to love our sandwiches, especially because we were in the number one Connecticut store, the number 3 Nationwide. They did not disappoint. We enjoyed our well made, top quality subs today. They run a tight ship there, and it works like a well oiled machine. Keep up the great work Newington!

I was recommended to try JM by a coworker, only because she knows how funny I am with my food. Ever since trying I can’t stop going. It’s less than 10mins from both home and work. I love the way they make the sandwiches in the open where you can view everything they do. The restaurant is clean, and neat.
The only problem I have is the cashiers the ones I have dealt with have no customer service or patience. They need to work on both social and customer service skills.

The women here need the proper coverage because I didn’t order my sandwich which a side of hair. This is the one of 3 strands of hair in my sandwich that I consumed. Absolutely Disgusted.
