Tried to order online before, because I was in a hurry, and this location on Main St in Peoria was not taking orders. I was the only person in the store, 15 minutes later, and there were 4 employees, so unsure as to why they could not fill an online order, but…I personally think the place is overhyped and overpriced, but my family likes it, so every once in awhile, we get it. This location has had its issues, I had a really negative experience a few years back, so I stayed away for quite some time. This time was fine, nobody was rude, nobody was overly friendly, just pleasant, which is fine.

Jimmy John’s to the rescue!!! Passing through on the way to Davenport! It was like all of our stomachs started talking to each other and were saying “take us to Jimmy John’s” because all of us were already thinking it.
A short stop off the highway with a big ole parking lot!! It was easy in and out for our big rig.
The staff was beyond nice and super accommodating. We were greeted with a hello and a smile! They didn’t seem to mind us 7 babbling boys coming in out of the blue.
If you are near the area! Stop
on in! Say hi!! Grab a cookie!!

The manager (little short 4 ft guy) running this store has very poor customer service. Purchase deluxe sandwich last night. Sandwich had hair wrapped in my meat. No refund or exchange. He told me sit over in corner and he waited on bout 15 guest before I ask for service for 2nd time. He’s 1 rude guy. I shop wity this location twice a week and sometimes three time a week.
The reason for no refund bc he said I wait until next day to bring it back. Smh .

The sandwiches were superb! We ordered a party box (10 sandwiches, divided into 30 pieces total). You can customize the box as you wish using the website. We ordered #9, 10, and 12 from the favorites menu and they all were great.
We didn’t like the separately ordered #6 Veggie “unwich”. Certainly a good option if someone wants to avoid meat and bread though. Overall, very good experience.

I have been a customer of this jimmy John’s for years, both delivery and carry out. Recently, I called to place a delivery order to the same address I just had delivery sent to two weeks ago and was informed that my address was now out of range. Upon inquiry to the new GM, I discovered my address is two houses out of delivery range and was told I couldn’t be delivered to any longer. We are currently a one car family and have no vehicle during the day, so if I’m not cooking lunch we have to rely on delivery which is already limited in healthyish options in the area. As a pregnant woman at home with a toddler being told that I can’t have the lunch my daughter and I both crave is devastating. The new GMs unwillingness to compromise is just as such. You lost a loyal, kind, and generous customer today.

Always order from the app. Almost always, the food is not ready when I get there, even if I get a notice that it is. Many times I have to remind them that I ordered chips or potato salad. I am told to get it myself. They just need to complete the order and put it on the shelf. It should be easy, but turns into a real production, with me waiting, and pissed off by the time I get out of there.

I order from the location on Main St. In Peoria almost every Friday. They are NEVER fast as they claim. Today I have been waiting for over 45 min, since they show it on the way, and still don’t have my food. Drink better not be warm. Deleting app and won’t be ordering from them again.

This location is on my way to work, and only about 3 minutes from my house. When I do online pickup orders or order inside the restaurant, service is pleasant and very quick. However, delivery consistently takes 40 minutes to an hour. They do not update the app when orders are out for delivery or delivered, so I started leaving instructions on my order to text or call my number when it’s delivered, which they also don’t do. Essentially I place an order and then have to check outside every few minutes until it shows up. They need to hire more delivery drivers or evaluate their delivery process, and updating tracking in the app like it’s designed to do would be really helpful.
