Their food used to be great, I have picked up a Chicken Ceasar Wrap from them over the past couple of weeks and they are terrible. There is no Ceasar dressing on them and they are dry. I used to love getting their wraps. Sorry I tried 3 different times over the past month all the same. Just like in baseball no longer an option for me sad to say. 🙁 I haven’t had any interactions with any of the employees but they seem pleasant and courteous.

Definitely one of my favorite wawas. The staff is so energetic and enthusiastic. I love the barista, we always talk about curly hair. They make my coffee perfect every time. Look forward to starting off my mornings with them!

Drenched my pizza in Buffalo sauce, It was literally inedible. When I picked it up there was Buffalo sauce all over my hand all over the passenger seat. Ive ordered this many times and never seen anything like this. What did I do to deserve this?

I will never go to this wawa again. It’s advertised free coffee for military for the month either current or past with family members included. I was told at this wawa that they r only doing it if u live in Philadelphia. My father was a Green Beret that did Many secret missions. One of them being on the 3 helicopters that touched down in Grenada in the middle of the night and pulled all of our hostages out of there in the 80’s and also putting his life on the line daily for Americans but this waw told me they r only doing it for soldiers in Philadelphia. I also have a brother who is currently a Green Beret and a nephew in the Navy working on nuclear submarines but since none of us live in Philadelphia we aren’t entitled to it.

Disgusting restrooms. Had not been cleaned in eons. This is not a missed cleaning, it is 100% by choice. Food is, well, wawa. Mass produced, lower quality than what it used to be decades ago. Profit trumps quality.

I’ve been shopping here for the past few yrs and never had any issues until this week.
The food portions have shrunk dramatically..
I ordered a turkey gobbler bowl and it looked half empty. I wanted to come back to show a manager but figured it wouldn’t be worth driving back since I was already home.
Tonight I ordered a burrito and noticed that it was half the size as the ones that I usually get. This one was very small and was extremely hot, I think it was overcooked with the microwave.

I go to this Wawa at least twice a day. I’m basically putting them through college with the money I spend there. The people are great. The only issue I have is with their online orders. They have messed up my order a couple of times. I’m writing this with hope that a manager sees it. Please ask your people to pay attention to details. Today I ordered a cheesesteak with onions and got lettuce instead.
