A fun and casual place to have a bite to eat. Service is beyond awesome. Great sense of humor. The waitress heard two friends joke they should share a cannoli like Lady and the Tramp. Less then 3 minutes later she placed the Cannoli with chocolate hearton it. We all couldn’t stop laughing.

This place is great, kinda tucked away but worth it. Was recommended by a couple locals we met while hiking. The best garlic Parm wings ever! They were great. And the burger was also fantastic. The Mac and cheese is too much, so many cheeses it just is two meals unto itself.

I really wanted this to be great but we were very disappointed. I ordered a medium burger it came out well done, so did the cheese and the bun. Burgers are frozen patties that taste like the lunch lady at my high school made them. No lettuce no tomato. And if you ordered something that was from the fryer you’re screwed because they haven’t changed the oil in a while! Chicken and waffles was overcooked in old oil and waffles are Eggos basically. Besides that our server was great. Also, be careful you don’t get a splinter on the flimsy railing.

We were originally planning on going to the Gastropub on the same property but unfortunately, they were booked for the night. They told us about this place which was right next door. Since we were passing by and we’re starving, we decided to give it a try. The place is pretty nice with nice views. There was only one table there which was a bit concerning. Our waitress was very nice and the food came fast. Everything was surprisingly good! The clam chowder was made from scratch. The appetizers were really big and could totally pass for full meals. Overall great experience!!!!

We came here with no reservation for a late afternoon lunch/very early dinner with our dogs on the patio. Staff was very friendly, however, toward the end of our meal, our waitress disappeared. We never found out if her shift was over and she left or what. (As a former server, if my shift was ending and I had a table, I would let them know and I could transfer their ticket or close them out with me…she just…never came back.)
We had the meatloaf and a burger. It was good. Nothing to write home to Mom about, but it satisfied us. We also had 2 drinks each…same with the drinks, nothing super exciting, but not awful..an Emerald Margarita was one of the drinks.
We chose this place because it was dog friendly, however, I think we’ll try a different place if we ever come back this way.

In the area and took a chance on this place, a lovely terrace looks out over the golf course but we ate inside. Fish & chips was very good, others enjoyed their meals. Our waitress was great but one problem is that she works alone and it seems the kitchen is understaffed too, it took about an hour for our food to arrive. Way too long. Otherwise a pleasant experience.

Pleasantly busy, with cheerful and engaged staff. Well organized and efficient, with minimal time lost to waiting. Beverage order was prompt to arrive, and no feeling of being rushed to order our meal. The food was good and to our liking. Not fancy, nor did we expect it to be. Good fare. Good service. Good price for us. Thank you for a great experience.

I photographed a wedding here and this is a perfect venue for a small wedding or elopement! Sarah and Andrew had their “first look” and their family photos behind Garvan’s Gastro Pub, before heading towards the golf course. You get a GREAT view of the Shawangunk Mountains, and the venue is nice and laid back with great food.
