Absolutely Delicious!
I recently visited Great Wall of China in South Windsor, and everything was incredible from start to finish. The food was amazing hot, fresh, flavorful, and not overly greasy like some places can be.
I ordered General’s chicken, crab rangoons, house lo mein with shrimp, chicken, and pork, chicken and broccoli in General’s sauce, chicken wings, and the spicy beef noodle soup. The soup was a standout the beef was slow-roasted and tender, and the broth had the perfect spicy kick. Every single dish was outstanding, and you can really taste the freshness in all of it.
The staff here are also really kind and welcoming, which made the experience even better. It’s rare to find a place where both the food and the service shine, but Great Wall of China absolutely does.
I can’t wait to go back and try even more dishes. Highly recommend!

Great food. Nice people/owners. No complaints at all. Ordered online told an estimated time of pick up, when we walked in to pick our order up my wife and I were promptly greeted and they gave us our order. When we went home my family and I enjoyed all of it and we had plenty of leftovers! Definitely get your money worth! Thank you! Will be back soon!

They have some really really good food and as far as Chinese goes, and they also have some Thai food which is spectacular the spicy chicken dumpling highly recommended the meatball soup awesome. And their braised beef noodle soup is to die for.

I’m so glad I found this place! I was craving some wonton soup one night when I had the flu so I had it delivered through UberEats and then came to find out they’re like 10 minutes away from me. I’ve gone there so many times since then and absolutely love the food. The people who work here are really nice and friendly and I’ve never been disappointed.

I ordered takeout from here on a Friday night and scheduled pickup. It was ready right on time and the food was nice and hot. We got beef and broccoli, tofu and mixed vegetables, egg drop soup and hot and sour soup. Everything was well cooked, the vegetables not mushy, and good quality meat. I’d recommend this place for nice and fast Chinese!

This was my first experience at this Chinese restaurant. To begin the food was surprisingly delicious and flavorful and I would have given it 5 stars, HOWEVER they were very stingy and greedy about the sauces and even rude when I asked for more! For this, only 4 stars!

I just picked up an order and spent $64. Prices are higher and the food is lackluster. The egg rolls were greasy and overdone. That said, they tasted okay. The wonton soup lacked flavor. The golden fingers were also greasy. The boneless spare ribs were tough. The pork fried rice was heavy. The steamed pork dumplings were tender and flavorful, but the dipping sauce is awful. If you spend $30 you’re supposed to get a free spring roll. No spring roll in my order. I also ordered beef with mixed vegetable but I haven’t tried it yet as my stomach is unhappy from what I just ate. I really wanted to like this new ownership, that’s why I placed such a large order. I won’t be back, sorry to say.

This place raises 3 flags. 1. The food is consistently good. 2. Restaurant offers the best value. 3. They do their own deliveries with food delivery apps and they are aggressive. Flag #3 is the main reason i will keep ordering from here. Driver called me to verify it was the right house. When I told him I was around the corner, he waited for me to arrive. Took picture of the delivery. This is how it should be done. Keep up the awesome work.

First off they messed up the order twice after they took about 1.5 hours to deliver it the first time (they are 10 mins away from me). After delivering the “corrected order” (still wrong) they sent a scalding hot container of sauce we asked for that burned my friends hand. When we called and told them all the “manager” said was “That’s impossible” and not giving us a refund or even apologize about the fact that she burned her hand and messed up our order. Would not recommend anyone order from this place. If I could give a zero I would.
