Hey Justin my name is David. I’ve gone to your bar a couple times and the last two visits have been very unpleasant, especially today around 6:30 PM. Me and a friend showed up for a drink. We are both 28 years old and have never had issues with our IDs before. When we walked in, a heavier-set lady asked for my ID. I politely gave it to her and she immediately said it was fake. I asked her to scan it to verify and she refused. I then gave it to another lady and provided all my information, but she still denied me. The situation escalated and we were disrespected and even cursed at even though we remained calm and didn’t say anything negative. I’ve never experienced this level of disrespect anywhere else.

One of the names I caught was ally
Honest to god the level of disrespect was insane. I came in to give you my business And I came to support and give you money. The disrespect Was insane never again.

No food, great atmosphere, second floor seating but bar is on 1st floor, service animals are welcome, so bring you lamps.

Black and Tan was perfect, Irish coffee smelled awesome and wife said was terrific.

Nice Irish Pub overall. Decided to stop by for St. Patrick’s Day. Atmosphere was very pleasant. I especially enjoyed the upstairs balcony. I do think the bartenders could have been a little bit more welcoming. I would definitely try it again.

My wife and I came in on Halloween night on our anniversary. The service was great and the patrons were just as awesome! The place has a spectacular vibe and seems as if it could have been here forever. I think we’ve found our new, favorite haunt!

The bar itself. Fantastic. Great vibe, etc… Steer clear of the place if Scarlett is behind the bar. Period. In case you missed the 1st period. Anyway, the absolute worse judge of character I’ve ever, I’m 52 yrs old, again, EVER! Encountered. I literally didn’t have a drink before I arrived at the establishment. I ordered 2 Killkenny’s and a vieux carre. Mind you, this is over the course of an hour, possibly and hour and a half? Now I will admit, there was a young couple at the bar, recently married, that I thought would be a good gesture to buy a round for? Literally 4 pickle shots (gross) but, kids these days…. lol. Anyway, the shrink behind the bar (Scarlett) determined at that point, that, apparently, I had had enough. Now I want to make this very clear, as I type this, I respect bartenders and servers that will, “cut someone off” if they’ve had too much but that was not the case. Ask the bouncers (nothing but respect, very professional. ). Long story, short. Nothing against the establishment. If I peek my head in and see Scarlett, behind the bar. I won’t spend a nickle. Unfortunate because the place really does have a decent vibe.

These are the rudest bartenders I have ever been served by. I don’t know how you could hire someone as nasty as the two ladies bartending tonight. Will never come back again.

Popped in for a pint of Guiness. Our bar tender was really nice. They have an extensive selection of Irish Whiskey and other brands. Would like to see some local NC choices like Great Wagon Road and Muddy River distillery. Too bad they don’t have some Irish pub food. That would elevate the experience. They do have outdoor seating and a roof top seating but it was closed. We would have sat there cause people at the bar were a bit loud and obnoxious. We will try to visit again when in the area.

Absolutely amazing atmosphere! We have an great time every time we come. Ashely is particularly wonderful! It’s been awhile since the last time we came (several months) and she still remembered the drinks we ordered. 1000/10 would recommend. It is a small bar so be ready to share it with a crowd.

Ryann is an amazing bartender (I hope I spelled it right!) she is incredible at service with a smile, amazing drinks and creating a friendly atmosphere. A lovely place to catch up with good people! Update: try the Moscow mule! They have different varieties like tequila (Mexican mule) and Kentucky mule (gun) enjoy!
