Went with the staple – 2 eggs / bacon / home fries / toast. Hit the spot. My son had the Mickey pancake and we were both impressed. Only negative for this place and other places in Onset is the “cash only” part of the business. Make sure to bring cash.

This was a blast from the past. I moved away 25 years ago and this restaurant is as good as it was before I left. The food was so fresh and made to order. I am very impressed by this place and how great the food and drinks are. The bloody mary was also very tasty. The location is great too so close to the beach. If you visit Onset you must visit this place too. It’s great to see some familiar faces from my childhood.

This is my first trip to Onset Village, Ma. I was up early and the Pier View Restaurant was open so that’s where we went. Kim our waitress was the best first and foremost. Now let’s talk food! The side of Biscuits and Gravy is hands down the best Biscuits and sausage gravy I have ever had anywhere I have ever been and I have been to a lot of places around the world. Holy you know what! There was so much gravy I was able to put it on my home fries that came with my equally as good Irish Benedict (corned beef hash on a eggs Benedict) my BF had the Pier View Special omelette and was beyond amazing also. So if you are in the area I have this advice. Go. Just go here for breakfast.
