Flame Broiler is a healthy, quick-serve restaurant famous for its Korean-inspired menu with high-quality ingredients, craveable sauces, and charbroiled cooking. Young Lee opened the first store in 1995 to serve his community food he’d want to feed to his own family. Decades later, Young, along with his three sons, are still leading the company’s mission to connect people to healthier food that tastes really darn good. If you don’t believe us, just ask the Lee family – they still eat a bowl almost every day with no signs of slowing down.

Came in for a quick bite and boy were they quick. Got 2 combo mini bowls for $18 which came with a little bit of everything. All was pretty good, especially the veggies & rice although the meats did taste like they had been marinated for far too long. Love that it is clean, well managed and well maintained and conveniently located just across from knotts. Would definitely purchase this again. Staff was friendly and helpful and informative.

Sara and Francisco were very friendly and nice. After ordering our food (spicy chicken and tofu), my wife was curious about the bulgolgi. Sara gave us a free sample and it was good! We ended up ordering a side of bulgolgi to go!

The food was prepared well and quickly. The nicely cooked vegetables were a needed change after a day of amusement park food. The staff was very friendly and patient with us as we asked questions about the food. I have never been disappointed by a trip to a flame broiler restaurant and this outing holds to that record.

I was only one there, ordered a mini beef bowl with no veggies. She even asked if green onions were okay and I stated yes. But they screwed up the order. It has veggies on it. I didn’t realize that I would need to verify my food since I ordered it 30 seconds prior. How hard was it to not get my order correct!

The one at West Hollywood Gateway is very good. The guy who works there has done an amazing job staying open through 2020/2021 feeding people, and almost all on his own too. I always get lunch from there when I’m in that area during the week. It’s healthy and delicious, has brown rice, special sauce is my favorite. Also mini bowls are perfect portion for me. Support small business and local.

The chicken bowl was on point, fresh and hot. The service was lacking and the coke had a flat taste. Their credit card reader tries to force a tip which is annoying. Parking is also a challenge at this location.

This is probably the best place around to order online from because the food is so fresh and healthy…. I order online quite a bit and there’s never been a time where it is not ready by the time I walk in the door.. best example yet was on the day after Christmas I walked in about 1:45 and the place was absolutely jam-packed so I was prepared to wait but the sole worker behind the counter saw me walk in and there was my order.. ready to go.. I would have expected him to deal with all of the other customers first of which there were about six parties in front of me to get to the register.. but that was very much appreciated.. I will continue to visit this place… This is the flame broiler directly across the street from Knott’s Berry farm in Buena Park
