We had a large crowd, 3 separate orders placed at the register. The table runners delivered everything per order to the tables with one exception. I ordered the beef and chicken fajitas, which was shown on a chalk board at the bar. This was the most expensive item on the menu. The table runner asked if there was anything else? I said yes, my fajitas order. The table runner replied, its still on the grill. I waited. All our guests were about done. I went to the register to inquire, first two said they could not help me, the manager would have to check on my order. Manager listened to me, looked up my order, went back to the kitchen, returned, and told me it would be ready in 5 minutes. I asked that they cancel my portion of our ticket (ticket was still open). Manager agreed to cancel my portion of the ticket and I was asked to sign. Manager offered me the meal. By now all our guests had finished their dinner. Manager offered to pack it up to go, I said “ok”. The bagged food arrived about 10 minutes later, brought to me by the manager, including 2 cookies. I had forgotten to tip when I signed the closed out ticket, so I gave a cash tip to the manager with my apologies.
I’m assuming the error was made in the kitchen. The two ladies at the register were little or no help. The manager did her best to rectify this mess in quick order! All our guests enjoyed their meal. I my give this place another try on a future trip to Blue Mountain Beach, time will tell….

Delicious food worth the trip! My wife and I got chips and queso and redfish tacos and brisket tacos. And it’s not a knock to brisket in any means but it says a lot that I preferred the redfish tacos they were very flavorful and everything came together wonderfully!

With a small tip, I paid $20 for their redfish tacos. That comes out to $10 per taco and no sides. At that price, I expect a really good taco. Instead, the fish was overcooked and the tortillas were average. Going by taste and texture alone I would have guessed they were just from a package. I asked for one on flour and one on corn, but that was too complicated for them apparently. The person taking my order said she wasn’t sure if they could but that “they would try to do that.” And in the end they just gave me two on flour. Based on the level of food, the service, and the atmosphere, I’d put this into the category of fancy fast food. Maybe a touch above something like Chipotle. But it was not fast in terms of food preparation. We waiting about 15-20 minutes for a plate and it wasn’t very busy. So it’s a solid average place. Nothing wrong with it, but not something to rave about either. Just a decent taco shop.

We had a pleasant experience here at red fish taco, it was our first time dinning and the staff was extremely friendly and happy! The menu had many options and the food was delicious. They also offer outdoor seating and is just a walk from the beach. 10/10 recommended

We have been coming to Blue Mountain Neach for a couple of years and now that our kids are older, we’ve been exploring more places to eat. Red Fish Taco Bar came up and it did not disappoint! We arrived early to make sure we had good seats for the live music on Saturday night. Plenty of space to enjoy the band, excellent food, and wonderful, friendly service. We will be back!!

Pretty overpriced for what you get. They charge as if it’s a nice sit down but it’s a takeout counter and the service is really slow. Wouldn’t go back. The brisket tacos were meh but the shrimp and red fish were decent. Patio is nice!

Ever since the new ownership took over and made changes, Red Fish Taco has been terrible. It was one of our favorite places when it was under the old ownership. The food is not good. The cheese on the nachos tastes like it came out of a can. The taco selection is mininal and simple. It doesn’t taste that good when you do get it. It’s also absolutely ridiculous that you cns only get the “monthly” taco during happy hour. That’s not a monthly taco, that’s called a happy hour special. The drinks are different too. The old frozen Key Lime dink was absolutely delicious. The new one is a mix of margarita and Pina colada, no key lime yet they still try to call it key lime. It’s not good and isn’t even mixed. It’s just a margarita layered with a Pina colada. Wehave been extremely disappointed since the new owners have taken over and will not be back. Only reason I’m giving two stars instead of one is because the staff is friendly. We had no issues with the service itself, just the quality of the food.

This was our first time visiting, but will not be the last! We definitely ordered too much for 2 people. Took home enough for another meal! Food was perfectly seasoned

This place is definitely a must visit on 30A. We stayed at a condo across the street and were just looking for a quick bite to eat. It was Cinqo de Mayo so we thought tacos would be a good choice. It was outstanding. We ordered at the bar and were able to find a couple of high top seats outside. The chips and queso were fresh and warm. The margaritas were nice and cold. The shrimp quesadilla was a total star and I wish I had one now writing this review. The chicken street tacos were also fantastic. The elote was fresh, hot a delicious. We stayed for a while to listen to the band and have a couple of drinks. We enjoyed the entire experience and had a beautiful evening. We can’t wait to come back!
