It’s been quite a while since my experience but I thought it worth mentioning since I became extremely ill and am curious if they still have the same work habits that might have contributed to my getting extremely sick.Also worth mentioning that for some of us when your not in the state that provides you your health insurance while traveling it can become a tricky matter to just go see a doctor or go to hospital.Should have walked out when I saw a worker answer phone and then placed on speaker to lean in and talk on to the very right of the start of food prep area. Not knowing how many times she has had her face that close to the cheese and meat area talking over and breathing germs on to everything is not sanitary.I don’t need all those micro spit germs festering later in my sandwich or your phone germs all in the food pre counter area. Second of all never should a piece of paper with a written down order by a cashier that handles money with or without gloves be put in sandwich bread by anyone ,not even line preparation personnel to insure that the sandwich is made right and doesn’t lose place in prep line.That piece of paper is contaminated with money germs. Let me just say this location is a little more prone to a high level of working men germs because of the jobs in the area it’s like eating at a truck stop. So if you don’t have a cast iron stomach take a little caution. True grit and so on men at this location.Something I never experienced at this Subway before.The time was lunch hour.Hard lesson learned.Nicest most polite men despite appearance. Again these men are hard worker short on time to come in &go.Mud on boots and clothes type stuff.My apologies over explaining the surroundings but it explains why it is that much more important that workers have good clean work habits.I saw cashier put about 4 of her fingers in a cup to pull a cup up to separate it from another and hand it to a customer. Sorry but that’s nasty. She is handling money from men with all kinds of dirty,grim,etc out in the plants and fields for lack of a better word description. I mean at any point it’s nasty but this was extra. Also noticed females reusing the same 1knife to cut all sandwich’s. Sure they would take it to sink area and wipe down with dry paper towel never once actually washing knife so a lot of good that does.So food germs from who knows how long are still sitting and multiplying on knife. Disgusting. One female worker cleans sniffles with wrist arm area and never goes to wash up properly. Etc,etc,etc! Just hope things have changed.A high level employee was one of the two females working that shift which I didn’t find out til I personally went in to complain in person after about a week or so of being dog sick bed ridden practically than not at a Hotel. I mention all this cause I was traveling alone and had to fend for myself and extend my stay due to driving not an option then just plain being difficult. I had all different swab test done and went on two different antibiotics to bounce back. Needle phobic so that was a trip to Dr. I’ll never forget. Upon returning home. I didn’t even eat but about a third or so can’t recall the exact mount and throw a way the whole other sandwich along with what I didn’t finish. I just couldn’t stomach it after what I experienced visually in store then was glad I didn’t or who knows if I would be here to tell you all this. Really ,really sick. I have heard people can get sick just thinking about it or heal as well but I don’t think I could have conjured that feeling or level of sickness in a million yrs. Never got a call back, refund or letter so it was like a typical break up.

Ordered online, got home to enjoy lunch with my husband before he returns with night shift, sandwich’s were both messed up, barely any meat, more bread than anything, I wanted all veggies he wanted none they read the ticket and mixed our sandwiches, and to top it off I ordered the Oreo cookie and they didn’t have the common courtesy to let me know that they didn’t have that cookie they wrote me a note with a smiley face. And then the manager calls and tells me to drive all the way back so it could be remade. I’m pissed

⭐️ 10/10 ⭐️ I drive through Kinder between patients every week and decided to stop at this Subway for the first time. Not to be dramatic but this is the best subway sandwich I’ve ever had!!
The bread was cooked perfect and they had the freshest veggies! The staff were friendly and the place was clean. I usually stop in Lake Charles or Iowa but this will definitely be my weekly subway from now on.

Bread was stale. I had mine toasted and it was hard, top was breaking apart. Husband had a regular 6” not toasted – bread was hard. Manager I think came out and yelled “roll the bread”. Only guess was they used up yesterday’s. Also out of provolone cheese? Seriously? Most items come with it. Very disappointed. Veggies were fresh for a positive. Drove in the rain to grab late lunch. Should have gotten a pizza- the guy behind us ordered one. Can’t screw that up- frozen.

This is why they need to go back to us being able to see our entire sandwiches being made!!! Three footlongs and no one was able to eat even half. Mine was so loaded with mustard and mayo that my entire sandwich was a soggy mess. Everything fell out of the sandwich. I had a turkey and black forest ham and there was one piece of ham on each half of the sandwich and then about 6 or 7 pieces of turkey all piled up. The pieces weren’t folded and arranged evenly on the bread. It tastes like something is bad on the sandwich too. It taste completely different from any other time I have gotten this type of sandwich. Worst trip to subway!

I ordered a sub for pickup and the app told me the time it’d be ready. I got there at that time and picked up the sub. It was ice cold as usual. I should have learned my lesson years ago and stopped coming here, but I did anyway. The sandwich was missing ingredients and when I brought it to the manager’s attention he basically said it was my fault that I waited too long to pick it up so it was cold. I was there the exact time the app said it’d be ready. Why have a pickup time if you aren’t going to go by it? And what about the missing ingredients? Guess that’s my fault too. I’ve learned my lesson, I won’t be back.

Good place but their vegetables for sandwiches were old and wilted. Staff was very nice and he was very good at his job. The restaurant looked like it was in need of some work and there was evidence of an attempt to clean it up (floor swept but pile of dirt and food droppings next to trash can but not picked up) otherwise descent place to eat. Low priced menu items as well. Other then the vegetables the sub was great for only $5.

Subway is always amazing food wise! We absolutely love their sandwiches but at this location the customer service is terrible! When I asked about a coupon on the app I was told you have to place a mobile order to use it. When told that the app is down I was then told “that’s not our fault and we can’t do anything about that”. And addressed in such a rude manor! Obviously I don’t care about using the coupon at this point but at least apologize and say you will check into it! The app is always down btw. And as we sit down to eat our lunch she goes out of her way to be nice to the men.

By far the worst Subway I have ever been to. The customer service was horrible. My sandwich was wet falling apart. The bread was ripped apart before she even cut it. She went rung up a sandwich with her gloves on then came back to fix my other sandwich with the same gloves on. She made the sandwich so sloppy i didn’t (couldn’t) eat it. This was the worst experience ever that I’ve had a a Subway. They were out of literally EVERYTHING! They never changed their gloves and absolutely nobody wore a cap or hair net.

It wasnt a good experience from the time we walked in and left worker was very rude in the front other employee was sitting on his phone at the table while on the clock place was nasty not clean including the bathroom. Worker didnt want to make our sandwhich and was frowning the whole time we were there yelled at the other worker to get up and help. He was touching his face with the glove he was wearing and rubbing his nose while making our sandwhiches couldn’t eat it nasty.
