The person claiming the owner is rude. He doesn’t let customers finish talking, very snappy, makes it harder for his workers to clearly hear the order and get it right. Bagel with cream cheese is very good.

One of the few places near Times Square that is not a scam for a Nova Scotia Bagel. My order was freshly made and wrapped very securely. Perfect to eat on the go or savor. Everything tasted fresh and there was a generous portion of all the toppings. Overall, a convenient, quick and great value eatery.

Open for coffee and cold foods / snacks 24 hours, with a hot food bar and upstairs seating area from 6am. Perfect if staying in a nearby hotel. Reasonable prices, and all the hot sandwiches I tried were excellent, stuffed with filling and heated through. Clientele seemed to be a mix of locals, people working nearby, and tourists like me staying in nearby hotels. Friendly and convenient.

A quaint deli / convenience store. Polite workers. They serve food with fresh ingredients: we ordered items like breakfast burritos, pancakes and sandwiches. They have an upstairs dinner where you can sit and eat your freshly made meal.

For daily quick snack or meal really great place most of the stuff for fresh and pretty cheap. I like to get the sushi just after they make it and it’s very fresh and pretty cheap, you can find all sorts of things juices, salad, bar, fresh fruit bar, homemade food bar, snacks, cookies, pancakes, just name it

Some really nasty food prep people behind the counter. Asking about some pricing for clarification on a bagel with egg salad… I asked where it’s posted on the menu. I got some snide and snippy remarks about that’s the price if I don’t like it , tough. Upstairs is a complete dump no service crew, people playing loud video games with no earbuds… Food is cheap, but the atmosphere is cheaper.
UPDATE: don’t go there for any egg sandwich after… I don’t know what time… Because it’s not posted, but I went in there at 1:45 PM on a Saturday and I couldn’t get an egg sandwich.

I went there 2 times no problem and the bathroom was open. We went upstairs to eat. Make sure it is open.. They charge you 4% more for a credit card. BEWARE Make sure they don’t overcharge you. Great prices and food was very good.

I came in at 6:30 AM to order a sandwich, and once again, the experience was disappointing. The short staff member near the cook was extremely rude, as he often is. Every time I try to order early in the morning, they are not ready and make it feel like a burden to serve customers. The attitude is consistently unwelcoming, and it’s clear that morning service is not a priority here. Based on my experiences, I would not recommend anyone to come here early for food or expect respectful service
