My first time ordering – good price and yum! Sadly not 5stars because I did not receive marina sauce with my bacon cheese bread. Thankfully I had a leftover cup from another restaurant. Honestly YUM!!! My only critique (which to each their own) is that the cinnamon sticks were very thick, maybe a bit of the top cinnamon mixture could get lightly mix with the dough before cooking to give a balance between the dough… I don’t make pizza though – so I’ll just continue buying and eating – it was delicious and a great price!!

They’re usually pretty busy but the food is always good. They’re a small team but do their darndest to have everyone served & satisfied within decent time. Much appreciated! Please keep up w/ the specials & we’ll choose u guys over Little Ceasars every time!

Idk what happened to this place but I got a pizza and howie roll at lunch today and the pizza had an air bubble on almost every slice and the crust wasn’t very defined. Then the howie roll was almost burnt, well done but I didn’t order well done. I normally order here for dinner and it’s always been better than this

The tall dude with black hair and tattoos that works around 7pm is probably the worst person to have at the front counter. Every time I come in to pick up my pizza, he has a major attitude problem and is just rude. Especially tonight, he told me he had to remake the pizza because it got stuck, so wait time is 15 more minutes. I wait, ask for it again and found out he put it in the warmer and made me wait for no reason, instead of letting me know it was ready. Then I come home and the deep dish pizza is 1.) wrong (just pepperoni even though I put pep& bacon)
2.) very undercooked.
I had to heat up my pizza in my own oven.
All in all he is rude to customers, obviously doesn’t know how long to cook a pizza, and just unpleasant to be around.
On the other hand, the lady that works there at that time is very nice. She should teach him how to work with other people.

Very nice customer service. It is a shame that the quality of the pizza did not live up to expectations. Not even distribution of toppings on a Howie Maui with jalapeno. A little bit more effort would be appreciated. All in all the taste was great, just really disappointed on how it was made.

On Friday afternoon around 4:45, I ordered a pizza for delivery through the Howie’s website. However, the site didn’t ask me to select a store, it picked one for me. The website said the pizza would take about 50 minutes to be delivered. Long story short, we didn’t receive our pizza until around 6:40 that night.
Now, you would think this would be a horrible review, right?!? Wrong!! And it’s all due to the gentlemen at the E. Mississippi store who took some “frustrated” phone calls from myself and a second from my husband.
I wish I would have gotten his name, but to whomever we spoke to on the evening of Friday January 30th, 2026 at the E. Mississippi store, thank you! You managed to make what could have been a horrible experience, a great experience, enough so that I’m taking the time to write this review. So, thank you!

Ordered online took another 40 minutes to make even though the app said it was done and ready for pickup. The crust was incorrect had none of the options I selected, pizza was undercooked. Incorrect bread ordered and everything was cut like a 5 year old with a pair of scissors, they weren’t even trying or checking for quality. Only location I have ever ordered from that I have had a bad experience with. Would not recommend to anyone. Waste of money, waste of gas, and a complete waste of time.

Did an order pick up, I opened the box to make sure my order was right and the pizza was burnt. You can clearly tell it wasn’t appetizing why would you want to give the customer a burnt pizza. They wanted to remake it but it would take another 20 min wait time. Manager wasn’t there and they couldn’t even process my refund.

I normally live in colorado springs (the only location there closed some time ago much to my displeasure). Im in denver for the day. So I was close to this location. I tried calling in my order at 1115. Rang and rang and rang and rang, finally after 10 mins I decided to drive to the location 15 mins away, i wanted to see how much longer I would be on hold so I stayed on the line. I walked into the location the
phone still ringing in the store, im sure it was me on the line waiting, I ordered my food, RECEIVED MY FOOD and still on hold. The man(theres only one on a saturday??) running that restaurant ignored a ringing phone for more than 30 mins. I got my food at 1145 with my phone still ringing waiting for them to pick up. If I didnt have the craving i did I absolutely wouldve gone to another restaurant. The only reason I didnt order on the app is because the app doesnt have a place for request like “veggies on the side” I shouldnt have to be ignored for 30+ minutes for a simple request of an item on the side for a sandwich.
