Supposedly they have deals with T-mobile and when you call they say they don’t honor the deals… then they send you to try using the coupon code ordering online and you can’t either, also, not all the pizzas are available to order online, example: stuffed crust ultimate supreme.

Anyway, the pizza is always good, and it’s not expensive. But don’t partner if you’re not gonna honor it.

I came into the store Saturday morning 10/4 with my daughter to put in a large order for lunch but ended up leaving to put in an order at Hungry Howies instead. I walked into the store and immediately heard a man shouting very loudly at somebody in the back. It made my daughter uncomfortable and we decided to quickly leave before anyone greeted us. I don’t know what the situation was about but it was very unprofessional, especially the language being used. I am not happy my daughter had to hear all of that and I’ve been considering calling the corporate number. I don’t believe we will be coming back to this location any time soon.

We have been Jets customers for years, but thought we would give a Little Caesars deep dish a try. Extremely disappointed. I had mushrooms on my half and there was one mushroom slice on each piece. Two pieces of pizza had a whopping two skimpy little mushrooms! I mentioned it to the girl behind the counter, and was told the owner gets mad if the kids put on too many toppings. I ordered extra well done, and it wasn’t even cooked all the way through. Very doughy. Yes you get what you pay for. We’ll be heading back to Jets..

I just walked in for a Hot N Ready, but didn’t see any in the staging area. So when the girl at the counter asked for my order I rhetorically questioned “there are no Hot N ready”? She said “no” because they were slammed earlier. I said “okay, so probably just a few minutes then, right”? She said “yes”. Then I saw 2 randomly labeled boxes in the staging area, so I asked what they were and if they were available, to which she sarcastically open the door and said “they are nothing”. Then she went about her business taking additional orders and filling the orders for the people there before me. I never left the lobby as I waited for the next Hot N Ready. My daughter and I then watched a Hot N Ready get placed in the staging area so we assumed we would get that pizza since we were waiting, but this girl just walked back and forth in front of this pizza moving dipping sauces from one spot to the next never offering us the pizza. My daughter said something to me about it but I hushed her saying it must be someone else’s order. Finally after about 5 more minutes of this girl ignoring us, a different girl came from the back and asked if we were waiting on something. I said “I’m just waiting on a Hot N Ready”. This girl turned around very confused and saw the pizza sitting there and asked if I had already paid. I said “no, I’ve just been standing here waiting”. Mind you no other customers were in the store at this time. The first girl was completely unprofessional, and it irritates me because we buy pizza from here a lot, and now I’m going to have to go elsewhere for a bit.

Got a pizza and some pepperoni crazy puffs at this location after the oxford store told us they turned their ovens off 45 minutes before close. The kid on the phone was a sweetheart, food came out hot and fast.

Honestly the pizza is good. The reason for my low rating is the stores staffing. I don’t have enough fingers to count how many times I’ve walked in and heard the female manager just screaming and yelling at the poor kids. She’s a shorter woman with dark hair so if she’s in watch out! It makes for a very unwelcoming environment and a very stressful situation for customers. I haven’t had any other issues than this, so hopefully just a bad egg and the company can do some overhaul because everyone else has been great and the pizza’s are always hot and ready!

Asked for extra butter and Parm on bread sticks and we all know they charge extra for that. Well come home open everything up and see there is not extra butter and Parm! Called to let them know they were very rude and pretty much says I was lying.

Was impressed when they first opened, now they don’t even bother to get orders right. The pizza is literally thrown together, ya get some gigantic pieces and some tiny ones.
Past two weeks hubby picked up pizza for pizza Friday, Past two weeks order was wrong. Didn’t complain 1st time because things happen. Did the 2nd time, partly because I don’t like paying for something and not getting it, and two weeks in a row isnt OK, hubby had even asked them to make sure they got it right this time. I called the manager and they just let ya vent, didn’t say a word.
We’ll be going to Jets starting next Friday. Also, I think their ovens are getting old because the pizza doesn’t cook all the way if you have 3 items on it is another thing I’ve noticed.
