The food wasn’t too bad, I would give it a second try. What I didn’t like was the lack of customer service. I think the ladies answering the phones and working the main desk forgot that it is their job is to be nice to customers. I tried for 1hr to get someone on the phone to see if they were open. I had to call the other location because they didn’t answer the phone. No menu online is a really bad idea. This is 2022, put a menu online, it will boost your business.

Had the Chinese Fried rice with no prawns. It was very flavorful & so delicious. It is full of veggies including corn. I went back 2 days later & got it as takeout. Also, had the beef chow mien. It was good, but not as good as the Chinese Fried rice.

Called in to order. The woman taking the order was very rude when I asked for delivery, saying that they don’t offer delivery. When I said I would pick up the order, she gave me attitude and hung up the phone. I tried calling back and she did not answer. I was able to use someone else’s phone to order the food for pick up. The food was good but service needs to be improved.

IF YOU’RE AMERICAN DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!!! ESPECIALLY IF YOU DO NOT VISIT GUYANA OFTEN. Went in to this establishment and there were 2 female recipients NOT ONE of them greeted me when I entered. They were both very occupied (Isn’t a receptionist job description is to greet customers? ) Hmmmmm seems like this establishment just hire anyone for business. I then continued by asking about the menu as far as what’s in the fried rice /low mein etc….the old receptionist assisted me and seem very annoyed by the questions I was asking in regards to the meal. I don’t know what planet these this individual lives on but the last time I checked, if someone isn’t familiar with the menu it’s your JOB to explain what’s what on the menu not be annoyed and act as if you don’t feel like being bothered when someone is SPENDING THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY to support this establishment. This same young older woman called me a “CROSS” bcz she felt as though I was asking to much questions. Then the other younger receptionist the one with the YELLOW BIG TEETH in the front of her mouth had the audacity trying to be rude and obnoxious with me. I’ve never had to put two receptionists in their place ever in life. I WILL NEVERRRRRRRRRR EAT OR RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE IN LIFE!!!!!!!! Those two need to be FIRED ASAP!!!! Nasty, non helpful and very shady. NOW AS FAR AS THE FOOD is mediocre especially the chicken that’s inside the kamboat fried rice The rice was Okay!! But the pork and chicken was very NASTY!!!!!!
