Ordered a chocolate shake and there was only the slightest hint of chocolate. My hubby ordered a hot fudge sundae with chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream. Barely any fudge. Maybe having a chocolate shortage?? Cookie dough ice cream was really good though. Staff was very friendly! Stars mainly for the staff. Due to the price paid for disappointing product (small sundae and small shake was $15) not sure if we’d go back.

Employee was friendly and nice. We had 3 different types of ice cream, and despite the creaminess, the ice cream completely lacks flavor. We ordered a sundae and waffle bowl. The sundae was full of whip cream, but only had a small amount of ice cream. The waffle bowl was only okay. We won’t return.

3 weeks later: even slower than before – avoid.
Since the staff is still training, I won’t say much about them except the cashier was rude, but the parking lot layout is confusing and has poor signage, the drive thru is badly lit until you get to the menu, which is blindingly bright, and it’s hard to figure out the exit. The ice cream is not very good, although they have lots of choices. There is plenty of competition in Avon that I predict this place won’t last for long.

Delicious!!! The ice Cream is wonderful, and the staff was very friendly. My new favorite ice cream! I especially love the salted caramel toffee!

2. Service, very friendly at first.
3. Problem: We confirmed that pints were half off, ordered a pint, and then got charged full price — I’m assuming because we didn’t tip on screen. I was literally digging cash out of my bag to tip at the second window (where the tip jar is located), but when we saw the receipt, decided against it.
There was a line behind us so we didn’t waste other people’s time by arguing about $3. Not sure if it was malicious or accidental, so people, check your receipts.

We paid over $18 for two mediocre Sundays. The brownie the brownie sundae did not taste fresh. The turtle sundae was just a small cup. I will not return to Bruster’s ice cream.

I got the Chocolate Peanut Butter and it was delicious, the Mrs got strawberry sorbet and loved it. We will definitely be back! Highly recommend!
