Drive thru only, so prepare ahead. Staff is friendly and service fast. I ordered the family pack and upgraded to brisket. Upcharge was only a few dollars more. My sides were potato salad, beans, and Mac n cheese. It comes with a large container of BBQ sauce and 4 large buns.
Everything was great, the brisket tender, tasty, and moist. The beans were sweet and contained ample amounts of BBQ pork, the Mac n cheese was creamy with a rich cheese flavor, and the potato salad must be a secret family recipe, it reminded me of egg salad with potatoes, very yummy. It’s a great deal and I will be returning soon.

I wasn’t going to say anything negative about my food and missing sauces until I got to the bread pudding. I normally love the bread pudding but the last time it was very dry and this time its burnt. I’m not sure what has changed there but I hope things get back to normal soon. The actual BBQ was good.

I don’t see how they’re still open. They were out of chicken, and buns. I got one ounce of baked beans. There was more BBQ sauce then beans. The sauce just tasted like store bought with a little bit of vinegar in it. Never going back again.

Decided to try them after reading an article. I’m always skeptical about BBQ because everyone always claims to be the best, but this place really is THE BEST!

The meat is quality, not fatty, cooked/smoked to perfection!

Very helpful when ordering for the first time as well.

It’s a one lane drive thru, so I expected to wait forever, but they were very fast considering the line they had to accommodate.

They ever gave me pup cups for my boys, and they were HUGE! And not scrap pieces. They were the same food I was provided.

The food I did receive was fine, not great, just fine, it was however cold. I was missing a whole platter, I ordered door dash and when it was ordered I got two platters. I only received one. When I called they tried to tell me that maybe my door dasher gave it to someone else, but when I asked if they use separate bags they said no and I received one sealed bag which means they forgot it. My receipt calls for two platters, I didn’t get 2 I got one. And all I could get was a crappy $13 dollars for an almost 40 dollar order.

This is by far one of the best bbq places I’ve been to. The people here are down to earth friendly and very helpful. I asked about the brisket and was given a piece to sample. I offered to pay for it but they have gave me a piece regardless. I ended up buying a sandwich of it. The prices are really good to.

Likely the worst BBQ I’ve ever had! This pre-sauced pulled pork sandwich was FULL of gristle and fat. The little I was able to salvage tasted awful! I got a side of beans, potato salad and an extra side of cole slaw to go with my dinner plate – I’d compare their taste to low-end grocery store deli sides, but even that is giving them too much credit .. and what’s up with using pork as a filler in the beans?!
So, in conclusion, 2 very low quality pulled pork sandwich dinner plates with tiny tasteless sides at a whopping cost of over $20 is a HUGE FAIL!

Must have offended order taker. Collard greens obviously spiked with extra red pepper. Mouth burned 30 minutes. Threw pork sandwich away rather than risk finding what was in that shouldn’T be there. Despicable behavior for food service

This makes second time I’ve been to this drive through in Bristol and have been disappointed. The first time they had no food and they didn’t bother telling me until after I had paid that they only had the pork barbecue left which was the first disappointment. The second time I ordered the Brunswick stew which I felt like was overpriced for no bigger than the bowl was and then I ordered two sides and they handed me the bowl of stew out the window and when I told them I didn’t get my sides they looked at me like I was lying to them. I had to give them a receipt and they didn’t apologize or anything this is my last trip to this drive-thru.

They use to have great food and proper sized portions. Stop by a couple of months ago. Got the bread pudding. The cup was actually 1/2 full. This was the same size cup that used to totally full. Though maybe it was just a off day for them.
Stopped by this evening. Ordered the bread pudding and cobbler. Both cups were 1/2 full. They charged $4.00 each. I realize prices have gone up. But when they chose to double the price and also cut the servings in half. They basically are telling me they do not want my business any longer.
I will not return again and now I cannot recommend they to anyone.
