Pet friendly atmosphere. My fur legged baby enjoyed the outing and all the friendly passerbyers that stopped to greet her. The turkey burger was actually a “grilled burger” the sauce was pretty good as well. Definitely a nice meet and greet place. The Brandy Palmer and pineapple cider were both refreshing drinks. Will plan to have another outing there again in the near future.

We had a fun time playing bachi ball and hanging out on the patio. They have a lot out outdoor seating but there are no umbrellas and only a couple tables inside so don’t come if it’s raining. There’s a pretty good selection of beer and a few slushi style drinks too. The service is great but keep in mind they automatically add 20% to your tab.

Very crowded when we got there, but we still managed to get our food and drinks pretty quickly. Food ranged from good to great (those pretzels are amazing! – honestly those would get 5 stars alone). Beer selection was good, and service was friendly, though they seemed rushed because of how packed they were.

Great bocce courts, good food and a nice selection of drinks. Tons of seating outside and really friendly folks working there. I’ve only been for the Thursday night bocce league, but the ambiance is perfect to destress and have some fun.

This is a cool vibe place. Outstanding tunes blaring on the speakers, during cold winter months plenty of propane heaters to try to keep us warm.
Top notch beer selection and a lot of tasty hors d’oeuvres and appetizers. Go for the pretzels It’s spicy mustard or artichoke dip with the toasted bread.
This urban courtyard allows one to escape from their confinement, let the dog breathe and enjoy a little open air.

This place allows dog-owners to bring dogs in 100+ degree weather, getting drunk and neglecting heat exhaustion. even when the dog is barking in distress, laying on hot pavement, surrounded by crowds screaming and blaring music. what kind of pet-owners bring dogs into such a stressful situation, and what kind of business allows this. As a business – you need to set temperature cut-offs (IE: 80 degrees) when pets are allowed, because intoxicated customers clearly can’t make responsible decisions. it only takes 30 minutes or less for dogs to suffer effects of heat upon internal organs. DO BETTER.

Food was decent. So was beer. The atmosphere was so-so, but it IS Rosslyn. They should have more staff.

It’s great to have a solid watering hole in the concrete, business district of the DMV. Excellent local beer selection. Good food at reasonable prices. An oasis with a mural and bocce ball just steps from the metro.

Happiest place on earth. Ok maybe that’s going a little too far, but the ppl behind Continental have always created the nicest, most chill atmosphere I can imagine. I frequented their pool hall in the pre-covid days and hope to return soon, but the beer garden has the same quality standards I’ve been spoiled to expect from them. Great outdoor venue nestled between the high rises of rosslyn, you’ll get a little slice of peace and calm here. But once the main bar reopens, find me in the back playing games on their bigscreen, or at the pool table or shuffleboards. The continental is an institution, and you’re gonna be hard pressed to find something to complain about.
