Sadly I was ignored when I came to the restaurant for lunch. I sat there for about an hour watched as the waitressed served everyone else, never stopped to see if I wanted anything not even water. Wow. Caught her eye a couple times but she just looked away. It wasn’t busy, maybe 3 of 4 tables that were happily served. Disappointing considering my son attends the school so there are times where we would meet there to eat together.

A very pleasant surprise that we stumbled upon. We decided to drive back into IMG at the 53rd Street entrance. We found the Legacy hotel. That’s where we found the cozy Icon grill. It happened to be happy hour an appetizers were half off along with drink specials. The food was excellent and we have shared this special place with many friends. The atmosphere was a bit loud since it sits almost in the hotel lobby. The outside is quiet and beautiful, sitting on a small lagoon.

While staying at the hotel, my fiance and I ate here almost every evening! Food was excellent no matter what we ordered! Staff was super friendly and welcoming. Drinks are great, too! And consistent. Would recommend!

Absolutely wonderful customer service. Patrick, Esther and Kelly went above and beyond to take care of some lost and wayward out of towners. We even had a golf cart called for us to go to our destination afterwards, driven by Bridget who took the scenic route!

This is the kind of customer service that was much needed after a hectic day. Above and beyond is an understatement.

Went in with a friend. Sat the bar and ordered a drink and a bite. When the bill arrived the bartender told us a 20 percent gratuity had been auto added. Never seen that done on two people sitting at the bar. A party of 6 yes but two? Won’t be going back

We ate breakfast there, while we were staying there. It is a served buffet during COVID times, and the food is better than the average hotel buffet. Breakfast is complimentary if you’re staying there.
