Glad that we came here! Great sushi, fresh and delicious. The riceless sushi was refreshing and “healthy.” We also got edamame. They also have cooked food such as ramen and Chinese stir fry, would try next time. Our waitress was very attentive and kept checking in with us. Would be back!

Simple casual spot to grab some sushi. The happy hour menu has some good options. The happy hour menu prices are increased and I had to request the happy hour menu. Lately, some of the rolls on the happy hour menu do not have a description so I had to rely on the waitress to explain the rolls which was rough for us both. But she did her best and she was patient, not her fault. Ultimately we were very pleased with the items we ordered except the “hot roll” that was horrible and wouldn’t recommend (fish). We like the crunchy california and the longhorn roll, those were great! Calamari was good too!

I have been to this location two times. Both times were very good. Tonkatsu ramen is super delicious, spicy garlic edamame and the krab rolls also very delicious.
Staff are very attentive!

Usually good about taking pictures of our plates before eating but I was hungry!! Sorry! Had the combo meat house fried rice! Plenty of food on my plate! Tastes really good! Service is top notch and the atmosphere is great! Highly recommend this place! Their menu is sizeable to where they offer a variety of things to choose from! We have already went back twice within the past couple of weeks and will be going back!

Blue Fin Sushi & Ramen at The Rim is absolutely phenomenal! The ramen was hands-down the best I’ve had in San Antonio — the broth is rich, flavorful, and crafted perfectly. The sushi was spectacular as well, incredibly fresh and beautifully prepared. Every bite was impressive.
