We had JamBox catered for a meeting with our team of 20 people and WOW! They went above and beyond to help us! The salads were unique (and enormous) and the catered boxes with small sandwiches were perfect for everyone to try different ones. These aren’t ordinary sandwiches either! They are big bites, loaded with meat and toppings, and far from boring mix of flavors (and with fun names that make you smile while you eat them.) Tyler and his team were so kind and helpful, even helping me out to the car. Amazing food and service 🙂

Shana with Offline – The location was really easy to find. There was ample free parking. I went in the evening on a Wednesday. I was the only customer at the time. There were two employees working. They were very hospitable. The cashier took time to go through the menu items with me. The meals are very affordable. I was VERY skeptical, but PLEASANTLY SURPRISED! They have items for the adventurous spirits and the SAFE spirits. I settled with the Californication.

I have eaten here multiple times since I moved here and have thoroughly enjoyed each time! Service has always been wonderful! This time I have to mention Gabriel! He was so kind and patient with me. I came with a limited diet and he helped me decide what I wanted. I ate the gluten free bread and it was so good! It was light, fluffy, and full of flavor!!

These high ratings can’t be for Franklin location – or they’re fake. The place was filthy. They have ball caps on the counter that had so much dust and debris that I would guess that they haven’t been touched since placed there. Shelves, counters, floors all filthy. Cute concept with 80’s but horrible execution. You could buy this sandwich at Costco – which likely where the ingredients came from. Nothing fresh about this place at all including the pale bread. They would be better off trashing the dirty boom boxes, giving the place a good cleaning, using Boars Head, fresh produce and serving a quality product. The guy was nice but his T-shirt was filthy and stained. What a disaster!

I’m not a sandwich person so this review is from that standpoint. My sandwich was one of the best things I have put in my mouth in a very long time! Every detail of the sandwich was well thought out and executed to perfection!! The taste was fabulously with the orange jam, it had the slightest heat- perfect level for me. I always put something crunchy on a sandwich so the wontons were perfection! The pulled chicken was amazing! The flavor profile was scrumptious! I bought one to take home with me!!!! Run -don’t walk there!!!!!!!!! Sidebar- its worth going just to see the bathrooms! They are painted by @rachelcorbin and insanely artistic. Super super friendly staff too. (I am not a friend, relative or owner-just drove by at lunch time & stopped in) I’’m a real 62 yr old lady and not some AI creation!!!!!!

The Jam Box is a must if you’re in the Franklin/Nashville area. For the first time in a long time, I can say that I was not disappointed in any aspect of my visit besides the fact that I did not get a sandwich to go. Themed around music and sandwiches (they have other items such as hotdogs and wraps as well) this place ROCKS. The menu is fun to navigate with clever names for items. The food bursts with flavor, tasting fresh and delicious. From the bread to the pulled chicken and slaw, I enjoyed every single tidbit l from each of the items ordered. Prices points seemed fair on par with something you’d get from Jersey Mike’s if not better. As far as dining area, everything was well laid out, clean and comfortable. The owner was professional and clearly showed his excitement and pride for his business, ensuring we enjoyed everything. This is a great place. AGAIN I recommend you give this place a go and enjoy!

JamBox! We used them for catering a 55 person luncheon. The food quality is FANTASTIC! The branding is well done! and the owner / team went above and beyond by delivering an setting up! You are missing out! Run, don’t walk!
