HUNGRY? Go somewhere else, this place will absolutely fail you and then avoid you so they don’t have to deal with the problem THEY CREATED! Ordered a very simple sub. A “BLT” (for Subway employees that stands for BACON, lettuce and tomato) try to commit that to memory! I even PAID $2 for extra BACON! I think the average person would assume they will get what they paid for, right? Well, you shouldn’t! Especially at Subway on Besserman Rd in Mt Pleasant SC. Not only did I not get the EXTRA BACON I paid for, but apparently, they limit the amount of bacon that would typically be on their classic BLT to ONE! 1 PIECE OF BACON FOR 12″ BREAD! Adding the mayo requested is also a difficult task to accomplish because NONE was on my sandwich. Zip. But I did pay for the sub crunch topping, and let me tell you, if you enjoy excessive soft and stale potato chips, your gonna love the “crunch”! Their website says their open until 9pm but I called 4x and the phone just rang and rang and rang between 6:00 & 6:30 pm tonight. I want a refund for the bread sandwich I got instead, because Subway your employees absolutely ripped me off. No worries though, I’ve got fantastic follow through.

Absolutely the worst subway ever. Very little meat on the sub (unless order double meat). Only 3 oz of Tuna on the 6” and they didn’t even spread it. I had to ask them to spread it. There was more mayo than tuna. The steak and cheese foot long did not have enough meat to cover 1/2 of the sandwich. Very skimpy on the tomato and lettuce. 4 small slices of tomato and brown lettuce.
All that for $17.18 and even the nerve to ask for a tip.

Lady behind the counter had me pay before beginning work on my sub. Mid way through its construction I asked for more onions (
she’d only placed 6-10 ) but was denied on the basis of veggie components being too expensive. I agree, $10 for an under filled bread loaf is too expensive.

I love the SMELL of the freshly baked breads permeating throughout the store. Decently competitive prices, fresh ingredients, clean interior and exterior. Excellent parking spaces. Staff are professional and kind. Great tasting salads, sandwiches and soup.

The subway on highway 41, on its good days, I give them a rating of four, and not because of the food but because of the staff. The staff there are not friendly, and when you try to engage in a friendly conversation, you can forget about that. They act like they don’t want to be there but have to because the job is needed.

The staff was great with the exception of not being able to hear good. The bread was dry and the veggies were old! You could literally see through my cucumber and the lettuce was brown. Worse sandwich ever. Expected so much more from Mt. Pleasant

This is one of the worst run Subway’s I’ve ever been to. Usually, it is understaffed and the employees are overworked. They are usually in a terrible mood. I feel like me being there is an inconvenience. This is my last trip to this Subway, which is really too bad, because I like Subway and this one is really close to my house. Hopefully, the owner sees this and I can return some day.

Wow.. just wow.. I was never treated so rudely in any kind of fast food restaurant ever before. Staff was mumbling comments under their breath because I couldn’t distinguish one cheese from another and were almost angry with my order.. they didn’t talk with or look at me until I asked for a few more onions which they wouldn’t give me. I told them I would be paying extra, I just wanted some more onions but they simply told me no. I didn’t want anything else than lettuce and onions so I didn’t see a problem with my request and I asked really nicely for it like three times but they acted as if they couldn’t hear me. I’m pregnant and just wanted some more onions on my sandwich but instead they almost made me cry with their rudeness. Never again, those people are just mean.
