I love this Dairy Queen. The mini merry-go-round is perfect. Very nice staff and of course great ice cream. My favorite is the Crunch Cone. My granddaughter loves coming here too

Stopped in to get ice cream, very delicious! This dairy queen has no food, only ice cream and cake but it’s very good 🙂
Also my server was very dedicated to her craft and told me she trys learning one thing a day to make her cakes the best (frosting roses, basket cakes, ducks etc). If I ever need a ice cream cake I’ll go here, she seriously impressed me with the love and care she has for this <3

First time in years I’ve seen toppings put on top of a blizzard – and they made it with real peanut butter out of a jar!

I ordered a reeses peanut butter cup blizzard because they were out of cookie dough. Watched the lady make it without putting hot fudge in it, which means it was just plain vanilla ice cream and reeses. When I asked her why she didn’t put any fudge in it, she said that they don’t and that if I wanted hot fudge I’d have to pay extra for it. I use to work at dairy queen and hot fudge was part of the recipe for any chocolate candy flavored blizzard. Hot fudge adds flavor, if you don’t add the hot fudge there really isn’t any flavor, it’s just plain vanilla. So not only am I paying more for the blizzard itself but I have to pay extra for the same ingredients that used to be part of the recipe and included in the price, as if a small squirt of hot fudge is gonna make dairy queen go broke. Everyone knows that adding the hot fudge to blizzards is what separates dairy queen from any other place that serves ice cream. We’re all better off buying a gallon of vanilla ice cream form walmart for the same price as a small blizzard and adding our own ingredients.
Dairy queen is not what it used to be.

Very small, can get quite crowded very quickly.
The icecream is nice, however they don’t do chocolate (only for cakes) and there always seems to be a problem with machines whenever I go.
Of course, I don’t blame the staff at all, it’s the owners responsibility not the employees.
The staff have only ever been kind and polite to me. Never once have I had an issue with them.
In fact they are aware of how frustrating these issues can be but they have no power to change it.

Very efficient and friendly staff. As far as selections and flavors, if you’ve been to one dairy queen you’ve probably been to all. The person making my blizzard let me make special suggestions and even suggested a flavor to add.

The ice cream is very good but, unfortunately, everytime I come in there nobody ever smiles and all the workers seem to have poor attitudes. I called to check the hours and the lady on the phone was very rude. The tone of her voice definitely made me, a paying customer, feel like I was a burden. I will no longer return or spend any money at this Dairy Queen location.

I went to get a cake for my husband for his birthday. I don’t know who you were but whoever taped down the bottom of the cake is a complete genius. I had a deer jump out on me on the way home and the cake flew off my front seat and onto the floor. I thought it was going to be toast… turns out no damage whatsoever! I can not thank you enough for the out of box, routine thought! Very pleased with our rice lake Dairy Queen!!! We will coming back again!
