Ordered 3 lux boxes. HIGHLY SUCKED. DONT BUY HERE! MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO BE TRAINED. I GOT SCAMMED BY THE MANAGER. I orderd 3 lux box. Only got beef burrito drinks, cinnamon twists, and tacos. We litterly got scammed. Go to any other food establishment besides this location. There’s a reason it’s low rated. Who ever is the manager needs to get trained better. And needs to train that Spanish male who is working late hours. Especially since they don’t know what goes in thier advertised menu. Will dispute with my bank.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent experience at your establishment. On May 26 at 12:30 am, I ordered a loaded beef nachos. While I have been a loyal customer of yours for some time, the portion size I received was significantly smaller than what I would expect, particularly considering the size of the container it was served in. This discrepancy created a negative and unsatisfactory dining experience.
Given my history as a regular customer, I was surprised and frankly, disheartened by the apparent inconsistency in portion sizes. I value your establishment and its reputation but, based on this experience, I will unfortunately be unable to continue frequenting your restaurant until this matter is addressed.
I hope you will consider my feedback constructively and take steps to ensure this does not happen to other customers in the future.

This location used to be great. Before the Taco Ball prices everywhere tripled and business slowed down. They stopped breakfast, which I don’t care about and then they stopped online box deals. Only thing worth the price. Even other box deals that are okay they will do not offer. The online ordering doesn’t state this so it just errors out when you order something they do not offer and you have no idea why. A meal now costs about $11-15. If rather go get real tacos at Taco Bamba down the street for $4-$5.50 per taco. Way better tasting and better for you (and basically cheaper and faster). This Taco Bell location shorts on meat and nacho cheese whenever possible, especially steak quesadillas and neck bell grandes, so if you do order from here check your food. You want to get your $10 worth. Taco Bell should just shut down at this point. The worst ever and I love Taco Bell. Been eating it for over 30 years. Used to eat it 2-3 times a week for lunch. Update : as I was writing this my wife was struggling at the location to order what we wanted. She had to get her own app because you have to be near the location to check in. Also this was the third time out of for that they did not give us our chips and cheese (nachos). Obviously malicious. No one is that dumb that often. Horrible location!!! Check everything BEFORE you drive away from the window. On top of that my wife got the beefy nachos and the chips were all small and broken. Guess they sit on the chips before they serve them as this is not the first time for that either. Just gets worse and worse every time we go. Like I said i used to go to this location all the time. It’s been over a month now and i remembered why after this horrible experience repeating itself over and over. Hopefully I won’t forget next time.

All of the workers are so welcoming and the main cashier is very generous and nice and the whole atmosphere is so nice and the food is so good! I go here every Sunday and this place always reaches my Satisfaction level and more. Love this place!!

I would give a negative star if possible. We placed an order and waited 40
Minutes. It was two burritos! The girl at the counter shows an attitude that she has no idea why it’s taking long because she’s in training. Then a guy comes and says that it will take another 30/40!! When we asked to cancel our order, he said we will need to call customer service!
