Everything was absolutely incredible! We had the oyster stew, wedge salad, clams and lemon cake. Towards the end of the night, our sweet waitress shared with us that the owner uses all of his mother’s recipes. If you’re visiting, make a reservation and go! You won’t regret it!

We absolutely loved everything about this restaurant! It’s a gem in small beach town of Manzanita. Our dinner was outstanding! We recommend to everyone to make reservations and try delicious food. We are from Seattle and like to try different restaurants. We know what good food is. The place is tastefully decorated and cozy. They even have covered outdoor sitting area. Everyone was very friendly, we felt welcome and the owner personally checked on us. Thank you for the great experience! We definitely will be back when visiting Oregon coast.

What a coastal gem this little bistro is! The atmosphere is warm and cozy with just a little sparkle, and the food, service and wine selection are all top notch. Everything we ordered was high quality, seasoned perfectly and exceeded our expectations. We started with the House Wedge Salad, followed by their family recipe of Roasted Garlic with Whipped Feta which was melt in your mouth amazing and not to be missed. We’ll order two of those on our next visit. For entrees we had the Mushroom Ravioli with Marsala wine sauce, Filet Mignon with Bordelaise sauce and King salmon with Romesco sauce, which were all outstanding! I love a great sauce, especially when it’s wine and garlic forward. I would go so far to say that our meals at the bistro rival anything we’ve had at the best restaurants in Portland. If you’re within driving distance of Manzanita, the Neah-Kah-Nie Bistro is guaranteed to be memorable dining experience and a highlight of your trip to the coast. Thanks so much to Eisha and his staff for a beautiful evening! ❤️

8/25/23 Update: I’m downgrading my review of this restaurant from 5 stars to 3 because of the unskilled waitstaff: During our dinner last night, the waitress informed us they store their Tempranillo “warm” in the cellar when we asked why it was warm in our glass. We had to ask for ice to cool it down and for the bottle to be put in a cooler bucket. We were also disappointed that she hurried us along when we wanted to have a leisurely meal. While we loved the food we were generally disappointed this visit and are wondering where is the manager?
Absolutely fabulous dinner – We totally recommend this place and will be back! This time we shared the coconut prawns, whipped goat cheese and roasted garlic with flatbread and crab risotto. For dessert we had the caramel cake…it was heavenly!

We loved everything about this place so much! The food was phenomenal, wine was fantastic, and the service and ambiance were amazing as well. Our neighbor in Florida highly recommend this spot to us, and we are so happy that we went.

We planned a recent trip to Manzanita on short notice, but were lucky to get reservations at Neahkahnie Bistro. The food, service, and everything about the restaurant was excellent. Glad they survived the pandemic, since so many small businesses in town didn’t survive. Will definitely be back on our next visit to the coast.

This restaurant failed to honor our reservations TWO DAYS IN A ROW and blamed it on a toilet that “basically exploded.” Even worse, they didn’t have the courtesy to contact us about the second cancelation. When we arrived on time for our reservation, we found a notice from the city on the door, saying their water was about to be disconnected for nonpayment.
And to think, they have the gall to charge $25 PER PERSON if you show up late for a reservation or even change it. Hypocrisy? Maybe they should pay us $50 for what they did.
Do yourself a favor and read the one-star reviews of this place. The common theme: rude management; no respect for customers.
If you’re hungry, we recommend driving to Cannon Beach.

Always a pleasure getting to dine in this cozy bistro. Quiet setting, beyond excellent food (crab risotto, sauteed oysters, mushroom ravioli, and true cod)

This was a nice little bistro with good service. Plenty of wine options. Nice food menu with options for everyone. The mushroom ravioli was my favorite.
