At 10:30pm today I ordered food to my door and the driver (ANDREW) threw the food on the ground (SEE ATTACHED) I called the store and luckily the stores general manager (MADISON) answered the phone only to tell me that no disciplinary action will be taken against the driver and that I can send the video to corporate which I will be doing. Food was under cooked multiple times if you don’t know how to make pizza please stop making them….. I understand they under pay you as an employee but to ruin dinner for a family and give them all the runs is a bit wild. The last few times we ordered here it’s been crappie and not prepared well. I order every other weekend for the cheese to look watery and crust not fully cooked is a bit disrespectful.

We’ve ordered delivery from this location a few times this month, at varied times and days of the week – it’s never taken longer than 35 minutes, at least 15 of that is the drive time. The driver has been the same each time and he is so kind when my dogs are barking and acting crazy at the front door. Lastly, the app makes for easy ordering, tipping, and receiving a receipt…and earning rewards. Keep up the good work!

I’ve ordered here lots of times. I’m not gonna give it a down star or anything because 9/10 times they have orders spot on. The only thing “wrong” per se is today I got a thing of Alfredo noodles that was pretty much empty. I called and let them know and they sent me another one for free. I’ve gotten these lots before and they never look this empty but they sent me a very full one. They always correct their mistakes. Accidents happen. Nobody is perfect. They get pretty darn close to perfect tho!!
Delivery: Got food delivered today by Tonya. Saw them pull out of the dominos but still stayed in the larger area of the parking lot for 5-7 minutes. Then finally pulled out. By the time we got our pizza it was lukewarm. If I wanted to put my pizza in the oven I would’ve put a frozen one in.

In 17 years they have only ever messed up our order once. Every time I go in there they are always hustling and doing an awesome job. The food is always great and always out and ready on time or earlier. They go above and beyond to make sure customers are satisfied and it’s amazing. They set a great example. Would definitely recommend.
