At the window the same girl (I recognized her to be the manger which made the whole experience more frustrating) at the window my fiancé kindly asked how she was doing tonight and she ignored him and quickly and rudely said the total and took the money and slammed the window while my fiancé was in the middle of trying to tell her we have rewards to use. We had saved our points and had several dollars off our order. He kept tying to tell her but she’d already closed the window and completed the transaction. When she opened the window again and shoved the money at him he AGAIN tried to tell her he had rewards, she Newley closed the window before she acknowledged him speaking then she asked for the number and put it in for rewards. He had to for a THIRD TIME tell her he had saved his points and was wanting to use them, but she was in such a hurt rushing us she didn’t give him a chance to say.
She said that we needed to have told her before she did the transaction. So he said AGAIN, 4 times he explained this, and she just repeated herself despite him KINDLY but intentionally telling her she rushed so fast she wasn’t listening to him tell her.
She just slammed the door and walked away.
Again I recognized her to be the manager and that’s just completely wrong behavior.
I work fast food order towing and windows and that completely awful costumer service and I would never treat someone that way especially without giving them an apology for not having heard them or anything.
Just rude attitude and denial. Very bad experience for it being a quiet night.
