Que Bella Pizza!!

Biting into a slice, I was instantaneously transported to the noisy street markets of Palermo and images of rustic Italy flooded all through my mind. The taste of Sicily and all that is wonderful about Italian cuisine encapsulated in one magnificent, delectable bite! What can one say? This was not mere pizza but high art executed with adroit precision. Change one thing – it would be detrimental. Remove one ingredient and there would be loss. This was a veritable splendor – a symphony of flavor – a gustatory revelation – my mind was blown. This was not mere pizza but an experience. Have you ever been experienced? Well, I have.

And it was dazzling!

This is one of the best pizzas I have ever had. I pre ordered it for pick up at 1230. It was ready EXACTLY at 1230 and given to me with a big smile. I drove over an hour for this pizza and will be doing it again. Great place! I got the half original and half pepperoni. Amazing

Only got slices, not a whole pie, but the slices were excellent and the crust is really exceptional, crunchy and airy at the same time. I’m not a big white pizza fan but honestly the standout of the traditional, modern pep and verdissimo was the verdissimo. The greens and the bitterness of the lemon zest combined with the locatelli and roasted garlic… something better than the sum of its parts there. I mean, not that the traditional or the pep weren’t outstanding or, frankly, wouldn’t have been tops at any sort of spot in Detroit, mind you.

Wow, this pizza was amazing. We drove from North Jersey and couldn’t help but make a stop here because the pictures looked great. The pizza did not disappoint!

It was like eating a cloud with a light, crispy shell around the edges. I couldn’t help but notice just how fresh the ingredients were. They literally keep an oregano plant at the front to brush oregano onto the pies as they come out. I’ve never seen that before!

Also, the service was top notch. The husband and wife who own it were super friendly and you could tell how customer service was a top priority.

Can’t recommend this enough. If we didn’t live 2.5 hours away, we’d eat here all the time!

Chef wanted to throw out these pieces due to crispness! What a crime! Delicious! Best pizza around. It’s thick, but airy, and oh so Delicious!!! If it tastes this good, who cares about atmosphere. We devoured it outside anyway.

I stumbled onto this place by accident when I happen to be in the area. I will drive an hour and a half to get this pizza again. I forgot the owner’s name but he was really a nice guy and for sure he loves what he does. Not all pizza is created equal. Does crust and the ingredients to use is second to none. Fantastic and you have to try it ✌️

In a town packed with more than a dozen pizza joints, Squares and Fare has quickly jumped to the top of our list for one big reason, they’re doing something totally unique and totally delicious.

The menu is refreshingly simple: just six thoughtfully crafted options (or go half-and-half like we did), which makes choosing easy but still exciting. The vodka pizza was the clear standout; rich, creamy, and full of flavor, but the Traditional held its own with bold, balanced ingredients that really pop.

What sets them apart? Fresh Jersey tomatoes and basil literally clipped from the plant sitting on the counter. The aroma hits you the second you walk in, it’s like a little slice of garden heaven meets pizza perfection.

Fresh. Simple. Flavorful. Please don’t change a thing, keep doing what you’re doing and this place will be legendary in no time.

1st time, staff was awesome even gave tips on reheat. Ordered 1/2 pep 1/2 plain so good. Also tried a slice of their daily (had long hot slices and ricotta) I would order a whole pie of that. Amazing. I fed 3 adults 3 kids and had 4 pieces left over i felt price was good. (40 with a tip)

2nd time recently same review it was amazing. Totally worth the money. 1 pizza fed myself my husband 2 kids and a yound adult son. Filling with 1 slice left over

Been living in EHT for 3 years. Tried many good pizza shops, but Squares & Fare stands out above the rest. Sicilian style pizza with a not too thick crispy flakey charred on the edge delicious crust. They use a smaller pepperoni that curls on the edge cup style. Excellent tasting sauce makes it a mouth water experience . Give this restaurant a try you won’t be disappointed.

Pizza is outstanding but not for fans of NY style pizza. Really small place more suited for take out than dining in. Service was weird, they seemed confused about take out orders but that may be because of new employees. Will definitely go back again. Pizza was expensive but feeds 3 or 4.
