This place is always unbelievably slow, with the rudest employees. Not only will it take you an average of 10 minutes to get even a basic order it will most likely be wrong. Oh & last I checked mcdonald’s isn’t supposed to be cooked medium rare.

Generally clean, but they almost always screw up my orders! I’m going to Burger King more often, their fries are better. I just wish that they had egg white delights for breakfast or something comparable! Burger King in Alamogordo always gives us the best service!

I’d be generous to give this place 1 star even because they have absolutely horrible service. Ordered 2 Big Mac’s and the meat patties were dry as the Holloman desert. Buns were not even toasted and the cheese was cold with a penny sized squirt of Big Mac sauce. Absolutely lazy work.

Worst McDonalds ever. Always really slow, usually you’ll never get all of your food even if you’re the only person in the drive thru. They either miss some items of your meal or give you all the wrong items. Never order a customized meal because you wont receive it. Every time I have been here, the employees make it clear that you are bothering them. Other times I’ve been the only person in line and after waiting over 10 minutes, I look around and see multiple employees scrolling Facebook on their phone. Several minutes later, I realize all of my food is sitting on the counter waiting to be put in a bag and the person responsible is one of the ones on their phone. After asking them if it was my food, I get a rude reply of yes and they angrily throw my food into a bag and toss it onto the counter without saying a word. I hate this McDonalds more than anything.

The worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been too every person working here has a very bad attitude. Everytime I come through the drive through, it seems like I’ve inconvenienced servers by being there, I’ve had my food order messed up every 2 out of 3 visits. I order by the numbers…its not complicated.

One of the better McDonalds I have been to in the states. Food is always fresh and the service is usually good. They have missed an order or two every now and again, but I chalk it up to them being super busy.

We stopped here because there was a sign for it off the highway but it was more than two miles into town, which was pretty inconvenient. The lady taking my order sounded like she was under the influence of something illicit and could not understand what I was saying, finally someone took over and finished my order. The food wasn’t fresh and they forgot my sauce for the nuggets.

Best customer service I have had in a awhile. Chelsea had a smile on her face the whole time,very polite, even asked if I wanted a water cup because I waited for awhile. didnt even mind the wait because seeing how happy she was put me in a better mood. will be coming back

Staff is usually rude, with a few exceptions. I wish I was being sarcastic, but I have actually NOT been able to get an Oreo McFlurry more times than I HAVE been able to, “because the machine is down”. How can an ice cream machine been down for the better part of 3 years? Now with this COVID thing running around this McDonalds doesn’t do any ice cream products now?

I was treated so rudely today I actually almost cried when I pulled away. The girl at the first window was very nice, the girl at second window was so incredibly rude. She practically threw my drink at me, then said while looking away doing something else “can you please pull forward” I didn’t really hear her or know if she was talking to me so I said me? And she looked at me with a cold, blank face and says “PULL FORWARD”. No smile, no explanation, nothing. Wow. How can you be so rude? It doesn’t really matter, nothing will come of it I’m sure, because it’s McDonald’s, but I felt compelled to come on here because that was unbelievable.
