I think the chicken may have fallen. It looks very dirty. I didn’t want to make a scene, but I spoke to the cashier. She didn’t seem surprised, like it was normal. My husband and I went to this restaurant for the first time this evening. I honestly didn’t know what to expect. The food was fresh. The meats were tender and juicy. The portion was large. We really enjoyed the food. While the prices are not cheap, It is money definitely well spent.

Yesterday was my first time dining in at Q Barbe Q — we usually do takeout, and the food has always been amazing. But dining in took the experience to a whole new level! The food was absolutely delicious, beautifully presented, and the customer service was top-notch. The staff was so welcoming and attentive — it really made the visit special. I was introduced to the restaurant after my wife brought home leftovers. I was impressed, her friends recommended it and so we went. The restaurant is tucked into a strip mall, but the sign is easy to read. It’s clean, very open and brightly lit. We got mixed platters and the chicken and kufta stood out. Hummus is also every good. They also have sandwiches, kind of express food they mentioned is popular. I’ll try them next time as I’ll be back. Note that drinks like sodas will be in a can.

From everything I ordered and tried, the food was above expectations, and if I could rate it, I would honestly give more than 10 out of 10. I asked for mansaf, the traditional Jordanian dish, and the owner told me they had just made it and only one order was available, which made it even more special and absolutely delicious. The mixed grill was also very tasty and perfectly cooked. The restaurant is clean, welcoming, and makes you leave with a smile, as if the food was truly made with care just for you. I kindly ask the owner to keep up the great work and not change any of the food recipes.

Worst customer service you could ever imagine. I ordered a family chicken Q and it was all burnt. To my surprise we had family over and as we got home and opened it , it was found burnt. I called the restaurant immediately and spoke with manager. He asked for photo of food i sent the one as attached. After a couple of minutes he called me and said its normal. I told him that im a regular customer and we were taking it out almost every week. So after a conversation he said he will replace me free of cost next time we order. Last night i called and ordered, reminded them of my name. Lady called the manager and they agreed to come pick up they will refund. As my 12 year old went to pick it up, they asked him to get money to pay for food and they will only get one sandwich for free.
Don’t trust them. They don’t stand by their words. My son paid and got the food. I would probably take a break from this restaurant. They lost a good customer because of their miscomit.

Lamb shawarma, fries, a drink on the side,
With salad too took the full ride.
The total rang up, twenty-eight flat,
A bit on the high end, let’s leave it at that.
But here’s the twist that threw me a beat
They used gyro meat… not real lamb meat.
Texture was odd, taste was okay,
Not quite the shawarma I’d hope for that day.
I’d rate it fair, a 7.3,
Not bad at all, just not for me.
Would I order it again? Likely no,
But Maqlooba’s where I’d definitely go.
For effort and vibe, they’ve earned their share,
Three and a half stars, honest and fair.

I’ve been to this restaurant before and used to really enjoy it, especially when the front desk was managed by the previous receptionist — he was attentive and professional. Unfortunately, that’s no longer the case. The two new receptionists were more focused on giggling and chatting with each other than actually attending to guests. It felt very unwelcoming.
To make matters worse, they started brooming the floor while guests were still dining — not something you expect in a restaurant environment. The flies flying around were a clear sign that cleanliness is not being kept up. The bathrooms were another disappointment — doors left open and visibly dirty.
As for the food, it was average at best. We specifically asked for it to be spicy, but it wasn’t. The bread was cold, and when we asked for plates, we were handed small plastic platters that looked like they were meant for kids.
This place really needs to focus on improving hygiene, food quality, and staff professionalism if it wants to maintain loyal customers.
