Conveniently located in the vicinity of the multi modal bus facility.

The service was quick, efficient, and the options are still the same. They’ve added a much needed fish protein, a miso salmon. The ratio of sauce was a little much for the portion size.

It’s great that they now offer a special bowl for around $8. It’s well worth the price.

Well since I was supposed to be airport I was trying to look for a restaurant probably not too far during my lunch break but didn’t want your sister called portillo’s in McDonald’s nearby and I certainly didn’t want Middle Eastern would like Pita inn or naf and. This kind of is like a fast food Chipotle version of Korean food is how I look at that but at a healthier choices of your ingredients. This was my first time and service was actually pretty quick but then again I went around lunch time with a lot of people and the person who I addressed was the first time this informative not necessarily friendly. Ambience was pretty busy. I like to think of you complimentary miso soup but they don’t give you a spoon or do I get a slurp off the paper bowl. I chose to glaze salmon to stay healthy. Originally I was going to get purple rice but then I saw Korean noodles or chopsue. Food was it was delicious they give you a choice of other condiments I went for kale broccoli carrots avocado and they added pineapple which I didn’t like because I don’t like adding sweet things to my savory dishes. They did have kimchi which I added to my bibbop bowl. It’s not really traditional and like I said it’s like a Korean version of Chipotle. Food was just a meh good nothing that gives a while ambience again is very trendy inside wooden furniture and stuff and that orange colored background. It wasn’t bad but I’ll probably go back to try the purple rice instead of your traditional white rice. Had added a snickerdoodle cookie since I haven’t had one for a while. Didn’t think Koreans would eat snickerdoodle cookie

Absolutely great experience! Bard was the best employee. He was very nice and knowledgeable when helping me by identifying what foods contain sesame seeds/oil. I was very surprised how quick he was to point out the foods that contain sesame. I greatly appreciated his confidence, job knowledge, and respectful attitude.

To me it seemed like he was running the whole operation when my wife and I stopped in. This guy truly deserves a raise this upcoming fiscal year.

15/10 would eat here again! Thanks Bard!!

This review has nothing to do with the food. My wife has a gluten allergy and it is rare to find an all gluten-free menu with great food like this. This review is solely related to the service at this location that I received yesterday.

I planned to use a BOGO bowl deal from the app when coming in. I pick my bowls and get to checkout and scan the code and there seems to be a problem. The worker/cashier tells me the code is ringing up as ‘item not found’. She gets instantly unsettled and panicked. She has me scan the code about 10 times without changing anything. She tries to tell me that I have the wrong location, but I showed her I had the correct one selected in the app. She says she doesn’t know what’s happening and that they can’t do anything about it. I show her the code saying BOGO bowl. I was about to walk out of the store with nothing and have the 2 bowls go to waste, but I see in the app there is a lot of fine print with the BOGO deal. It excludes some of their most popular toppings among other things and restricts the ability to add anything like a second protein. With so many restrictions on the deal, I asked what I could even get with the deal. She said chicken and tofu. I guess it was on me for assuming that ‘BOGO bowl’ means any bowl of equal or lesser value.

In the short term, the business got their best case scenario: a mistaken customer to come in and pay for 2 bowls full price. In the long run, they may have lost themselves a loyal customer.

TL;DR Their food is fantastic and all gluten-free. Their rewards program is not good and somewhat deceptive. Their service at the Des Plaines location on Tuesday nights is atrocious. If I could give 0 stars for service, I would.

To BIBIBOP: If you’re reading this, please train your workers to know what they might run into with the app. Please use the app to entice customers to want to come back often (Ex/ McDonald’s, Chick-fil-a, Starbucks). Please train your workers to offer great service, it really does make a difference on whether or not people will come back or not (Ex/ Chick-fil-a).

This place is awesome! Despite a line forming, the staff- Brad, Yasuri, and Jaesung- were super helpful and patient. We had a couple of people who were eating here for the first time and they were so helpful and knowledgeable about the menu. As a vegetarian, I love all of the options! Plus, it’s a pretty reasonable price for all the food you get. The free miso soup is also a huge plus!

I traveled to Chicago to host 25 business owners for a lunch meeting at a nearby office. I ordered from this location via a DoorDash group order. Every other place will label each order by who ordered it so it’s easy to distribute. That was not done and we were missing items, so we took up valuable meeting time sifting through to figure out who ordered what. Terrible experience, do better!
