We came in 6 of us to eat and at 9:30 bathroom we’re closed I think that the bathroom should be open to the eating customers. In other words the paying customers.

I specifically stopped bye the restaurant to try the NEW Carmelized Bacon Whopper. I added an extra pattie. I wanted to eat it in the restaurant hot & fresh! Quick counter service, very nice presentation with the large bun, meat & the bacon, juicy & quite favorable! At about $9 with tax including the extra pattie it’s a nice premium sandwich!

If u wanna wait 10 min in the drive thru and 10 min just to eat a simple burger go to this hell of a place. I don’t know why customer service is so bad and they are not even rude it’s just that they don’t care and make you wait on purpose.

I honestly dont know how to rate or review, I am trying to order my food in the drive thru and i have to repeat more than 3 to 4 times on a certain meal i was ordering. I go to pay and wait they asked for me to wait by the door so i pull around. I kind looked over ny bags because 4 meals and some side were stuffed in 2 paper bags. To my surprise i get home and i am missing one of my burger from my meal. So mad, if you cant get it right the. Let someone else do it

I always pay on the app and they always make me wait at the first window. I don’t understand. And once you look in the restaurant the associates are just talking. Is this why I’m getting asked to wait 10 mins at the first window!? This location is the only one I’ve ever experienced this at. Terrible
